Feel conned! – Bought kettle through Groupon which was delivered in late November 2012. The kettle ceased working in October this year. Still lights up but doesn't heat! Sent emails to Grunn which have been returned by postmaster. Sent copy to Groupon also no reply. Warranty for is 12 months however unable to contact When it worked boiled water Used only for one person and lasted 8/9 months...

Stopped working within half a year – Bought this kettle from a sale website (Ozsale), kettle was initially quite cool (lit up whilst boiling), however water would often overspill and kettle stopped working within half a year. Forgot to look into warranty (and now I assume its expired), so I cant comment on quality of service. But very disappointed with this kettle, I do not recommend! Stopped working within half a year.

Grunn kettle – My Grunn kettle is 10 months old & stopped working & is still under warranty. I have sent 2 warranty claims & 1 support email to Grunn with no response & the phone number provided on their website does not exist!! Bad after sales service or should I say NO after sales service!! Do not recommend!

grunn kettle – my new grunn kettle has rust already and i have only had it for two months. I have sent an email and no response. The phone number on the website doesn't exist. What the?? I am going to send another email to see if it gets a response the second time around, I doubt it.

Excellent kettle for the price, it's quiet and boils quickly – I purchased this kettle on-line from Grunn. Their service was fantastic, delivered free of charge and arrived today, 03/04/2012. This kettle is light weight, quiet boil, has a large window either side to see water levels. When boiling a red light comes on and when boiled the light goes blue. was heavy and noisy when boiling. For $50 including delivery I don't care if this kettle only last 12 months - 2 years. Excellent delivery service and inexpensive Nothing as yet, only arrived today

Very Poor Customer Service – Arrived damaged in a very damaged box. I have had a lot of problems in returning it to the manufacturer. I had to submit pictures of the damaged product and then was asked to repackage and return. I would have to pay the additional postage even though nothing was my fault and the pictures proved this fact. Would not recommend the site. Very unsatisfactory damaged on arrival

What happened to good old fashioned customer service? – Attractive kettle - if it worked. Steam came out at the bottom of kettle under the handle, straight up onto my hand. Biggest problem was customer service when I tried to return it. Politely asked for a refund and staff were rude and unhelpful. Had to fight for consumer rights. Appalling behaviour. Now wary of online stores, would go with a more well known brand next time.
