Haier HDW201SS

Average dishwasher - service from Haier appaling – I have been using this dishwasher for about 4 years now. I expect it will last me a maximum of another 2 years as it is wearing out. So far the clips that hold the top draw in have broken. Several emails to Haier have resulted in non responses. To fix the problem I inserted wire in the holes to stop the draw from falling out of the front. The problem with these dishwashes seems to be the plastic parts they put in them. With the temperatures inside the dishwasher, these parts eventually crack. The dishwasher works OK, but you have to make sure the dishes and bowls are stoop upright, if you don't the clean is shocking. It is an art to work out at what angle the dishes etc need to be in to get the best clean. Apart from the internals and the average wash, the machine is still going, but it will only last about 5-6 years. Some forks on the trays have also broken off. Considering I look after all my posessions, the wear on this machine isn't really acceptable. It is still going. It is very easy to use. The plastic insides are not a good design feature - they eventually wear out. The forks on the trays, some have broken off. But most of all the service from Haier was non-existant, no response whatesoever..
