topic, I would not recommend the course. I constantly do professional training online and have a good understanding of what online course is in 2020. Unfortunately, this one is below any expectations. Although I do not want to offend the course creators, I understand that it is my responsibility to share this feedback with prospective students.

When I think that a working mum might be spending her nights and weekends on this type of learning materials in a hope to learn nutrition, I know I should predict her that Health Academy Australia is not the right provider to invest in.

Also, there is no customer service to help. There is an administrator who is unfortunately very limited in what she can do for the students.

my needs perfectly. My tutors and admin at the college always provided support and prompt answers to any questions or problems that I may have faced with doing the course. The course was easy to follow and there was always amazing support - Nicole in admin is absolutely fantastic - as was my tutor Melinda - replies to you quickly and assignments and exams where passed on to the tutors and marked promptly. Thank you to everyone at the Academy. I haven't studied for many years and because I had such great support from the Academy I am now going to enrol for further courses. It provided scientific based information formatted in a very simple and understandable way to read and absorbe. Another highlight of this course was the tutors, specially [Name Removed] and the (so) sweet admin. [Name Remvoed] was always there answering my inumerous questions and giving me extra information on my assignment. I learned a lot from her! Even I was studying from another country and in different language I felt the knowledge was very accessible at anytime. [Name Removed], I just feel like I want to cuddle her every time I read her emails. She was always there when I needed. She is really fast and efficient, showing her administrator skills very well in every email. She is awesome!

Cert 3 in dental assistant – I did this course online it was extremely difficult no help from the tutors. I would never go back to health courses Australia what a complete waste of money.

Unprofessional, unethical provider – Myself and other students in the Diploma of Counselling were concerned with the course materials and lack of support so we banded together to write a letter with our concerns and complaints. They endangered the wellbeing and mental health of many students, as a result a handful of us have left the course, with others staying behind as they are already halfway through the course and put too much work in already. Beware. These people can not take criticism, nor can they act professionally and take accountability. None of us have received an apology. The most unethical experience I've ever been through. I'm truly still in disbelief.

Worse college I've dealt with – No compassion no contact either was enrolled but due to illness had to withdraw from course only response I got was I had to still pay. I recommend open colleges for such courses more professional more empathy and more contact made.

Fantastic! Highly Recommended – If you want to follow your dream of helping people lose weight and become a Certified Weight Loss Consultant then look no further. needed clarification on anything regarding lessons etc, the staff replied within minutes !

The lessons were of high quality and full of relevant information which made me feel confident that I was completing something really worthwhile and valuable. My tutor was extremely knowledgeable and working as a practitioner within the industry; she was extremely helpful if I was unclear about anything.

I'm already considering completing another course with Health Academy Australia !

Great place to further your education!! – I’ve just completed my certification in Naturopathy & it has been really enjoyable to learn through Health Academy. You have a tutor assigned to you for help throughout the course & also group pages & Zoom meetings. You don’t feel on your own! Excellent experience!! – Health Academy Australia offers a much better style of teaching and learning compared to the mainstream conventional universities. Though the course wasn't difficult there were certainly aspects of it the stretched my knowledge and ability thus enabling me to further develop my current knowledge of nutrition and even develop my ability to source and learn information.
