to talk to someone, but they are not open to a meal credit in these situations which is a bit frustrating. Other times the box has been left in the sun which is apparently my problem once delivered, and random box size issues are also my problem. Overall, mid range customer rating for the app with nice tasting meals.

time, boxes are delivered exactly as and when promised, and the measured quantities mean I don't end up wasting unused ingredients. I hit a couple of speed bumps with the website, then discovered that the app is easier to use. I haven't yet found a way to schedule fortnightly, but maybe that option is there somewhere. I'm sold!

I’ve been really happy with Hello Fresh and the first time I’ve ordered meals this way. time for yourself, point is you have options. We love cooking together and it’s a great way to show my daughter and me different meals and how to prepare. She loves getting the meal cards and getting all the ingredients together, gives her a felt sense of responsibility. Food is delivered promptly and fresh! We most eat vegetarian so a good choice and variation on standard recipes we were use to. $100 delivered a week plus time back and experience… it’s a done deal. I can see how for larger families it can be more expensive but for us, perfect.

need is supplied. And most importantly we choose meals to ensure we get our veggie intake, prior to Hello Fresh we at times couldn’t be bothered to prepare our own meals. We are more than happy with the quality of the ingredients and freshness. It also keeps us up to date with our cooking skills yet nothing is too complex. Prior to Hello Fresh we were getting a-bit bored and lazy with our dinner preparation so now we have 3 days a week which we look forward to tasty meals.

All of the meals I have gotten have been amazing they are packed with flavour and are very filling and delicious! But there needs to be a larger selection of meals that are gluten and nut free as it is really restricting of what I can order do to the herbs, spices and sauces having gluten or nuts in them it makes it rather difficult as well as… Read more
only having a specific selection of meals for that week, I have tried multiple times to re order meals but I’m unable to.
Pricing becomes a bit of an issue as well due to having to pay for 2x the amount of food as I order the meals but have to put half of it in the bin and then go to the supermarket and buy a gluten free option to substitute the ingredients if I am able to.

This is WAY overpriced. I have had the first meal which was so bland and basic, so I went and calculated what it would have cost me to buy the ingredients for a meal they are charging about $16 per person for.. the total per person with all the items bought from coles is $6.53!!! absolute rip off, no interesting flavours just chicken breast, mashed potato and mushrooms in cream.. where's the flavour!?!
