Excellent – I just take these tablets when I start to feel a sore throat or a cold coming on. Taken with Vitamin C and I very rarely get the cold. I highly recommend this product, taken with Vitamin C, to anyone that needs a way to help fight off their colds and flus. It really does work - try it. It works. It helps keep down the severity of my colds and flus. Its natural so theirs no nasties in it. Made from by a trusted brand name. A bit expensive but I don't take them every day so that's ok.

Excellent – I first started buying this product when I heard about the benefits that echinacea has in regards to preventing the common cold. I do not take these tablets daily, rather I start taking them when I develop the first few symptoms of a cold or when I know I have been exposed to the cold virus. I really do believe that they work in preventing a cold or making it less severe. They are especially effective when taken with adequate doses of vitamin C. I highly recommend this product.
