Hoover Xarion

Awful – I have purchased a Xarion Pro from Catch Of The Day. I have used it just about 10 times, if not less, washed the filter regularly, then the engine burnt and since it was out of warranty Hoover refused to help if not paying for the repair. I am not sure I will buy Hoover again, probably not.

Excellent – the best vacuum iv ever owned and ive owned 45 vacuums in my life very suck and you dont need a power head to suck things up.

Pretty good – I got this vacuum cleaner at a good price and have been fairly happy with it except for a couple of things. It has a long power cord which is fantastic, it looks nice, has easy to adjust suction, handle is comfy, dust canister is easy to empty and wash if needed, filters are easy to access and wash, has a general head and a hard floor head. The problems I have is that it tends to ball up the fluff and leave them behind, easily sucked up its run over again, but often requires two goes. The other problem mine has is the hose regularly disconnects and has to be twisted back in. This happens when I pull on it to move it along which I guess you're not meant to do, but who doesn't? It would be very time consuming to pull it by the handle each time you want to move a metre. looks good, works pretty well, two heads, great on hard floors hose pulls out, balls up fluff on carpet

Best vacuum I've ever used – Had a few vacuum cleaners in my lifetime, even when our trusty one broke down, I borrowed a few "good" ones like a Merle and a Dyson. Finally, saw this one on sale and bought it. Used it now for 6 months and have not had a problem. Doesn't loose suction even when the canister is full. Canister is easy to remove and empty, contents of canister is pretty well hidden so it's not on constant display. Nice long cord, easy to use, will pick up every crumb, hair etc. in its path. Great suction and very easy to use.
