HP LaserJet 3392

Good – Great overall machine have been using one for the past 12 months (Jan 08). Broke down once and HP were very quick to repair. Although I had to wait 20 minutes on hold for customer service. then speak to someone in India who took 20 minutes to decide to send out a repairman. Machine faxes easily good memeory able to conect to PC network and act as a printer. Scan with document feeder easy to use. Two paper trays hard to program which tray is used. The stapler atatchemnt don't bother to lookat it it is useless. BUt I din't get the machine for the stapler. Overall very happy with the machine. all in one box, scans, fax, copy, print paper handling software, stapler useless
