OK – We've had a few challenges with this machine, but it's still going. The problems and challenges that we've had with it are fairly consistent with any home PC that I've owned in the past. Seemed to come with everything that we wanted at the time and competitively priced. A few hiccups when we first got it with needing to re-install software and had dramas with the internet. After a lot of phone calls to HP support, and ISP got it sorted after about 3 months. DVD Burner / Lightscribe had to be replaces just out of warranty. Software was fairly basic. HD Tuner was unreliable, worked on and off, lost settings and we eventually gave up on it. System slowed down dramatically and lots of errors after about 18 months, however these were resolved with a service.
Terrible – Dont buy - too many problems - In fact DO NOT BUY A HP computer if you want to play games and if you expect customer service from a pc manufacuter I loved the speed and performance for the first 6 months, but had a problem with the graphics card and the computer hasnt been the same since for the last 3 months I have a computer that cant even play basic games.
I can only sufr the internet with this pc as HP has already replaced the motherboard and the graphics card. Still having the same problem as initially.
Problem is that I cannnot play any games. I keep getting DIRECT 3D problems, computer crashes all the time, restarts, graphics go to 640x480 etc ... too many problems to name. HP has the worst customer service, too slow to respond, tried fixing the PC, and 3 months later I still cant play games and have a computer that I can only use for internet.
Excellent – Great pc. Have not had any problems with pc. Have had it now for 2-3 yrs. Only upgraded the ramm and graphics card for gaming. No complaint re price because it was a replacement pc as first pc which was an acer. Cliver peters sold me a dud acer which was a return. Got the m7575a as a replacement Quick & stable. Towers to small.
Terrible – I will never buy an HP computer ever again. If you need a real computer that's not it! sorry Guys Small case it melt down after 13 months, it was cheaper for me to buy a new one than fix it! What a joke 3500 $ wasted
