HP Photosmart C3180 All-in-One

Excellent – I purchased this all-in-one out of convenience - I needed one - it was there. However, I really do love the little thing and if you're in the opportunity to purchase one now for a better price than what I did in 2007 of around $199 - go for it! I love that I can photocopy, scan, print double sided and even upload my photos from their SD and XD memory cards. You can also upload your video camera footage etc without the USB cords and all that hassle. Although like others have said ink can be pricey I've found that K-mart does do black ink for $24 (normally $36) elsewhere and honestly, I've seen the ink of other brands sell for a whole lot more. Well worth every cent! My ink refill notice program no longer pops up anymore... :(

Good – Had this little printer/scanner/copier for more than 3 years. It cost was under $100 which was a great price. Cartridges cost a bit and the black disappears very quickly. I am thinking of getting non HP refills for the cost saving. Have not tried picture printing but considering cost of ink it probably would be a lot cheaper to have them printed at Kmart. Sometimes the paper jams and it's not easy to clear the error. Considering it's price and functions, it is a good value product. Compact, 3 in 1, easy to use replacement cartridges are expensive

Good – I liked my old HP Ink jet printer butafter 5 years it died. This HP printer is good like after people say you dont have to buy a seperate scanner. My old flat scanner used to send fax's. I am suprised thet HP scanners dont do this. Expensive to repalce ink only fills 15 mls both balck and color. My old ink cartride HP held 50mls. After speaking to people Brother printers are better value for money as they hold more ink. HP are helpfull over the phone if you need them. It prints well both in colour adn black ink. Good brand, Good quality, Ink cartrige is small, When doing draft copys it goes back to high quality after a couple of prints

OK – i bought this printer mainly for the price and for the various card slots and as its all in one features printer, scanner..etc i was able to get rid of the desk clutter .The only reason to upgrade would be for a fax option on a printer . Hp have good software updates and cartridges are easy to come by. Photo paper is a bit expensive but the printer does print descent photos for the budding photographer The hp c3180 model is easy to use with great quality printing for the price range i've had no real problems to date

Excellent – i have previously had a lexmark printer and compared to that my hewlett packard printer is 100 percent better. i have saved so much room having an all in one rather than having my printer and my scanner on the desk seperately another bonus is that i can store my fax machine on top of the printer and just move it when and if i need to scan or copy something. the cartridges have lasted me quite some time and i think they are very affordable to replace. Very easy to use and great printing quality i have found no cons with this
