Wasted a lot of money on it. Absolutely useless – Absolutely useless. Keeps taking 4 or 5 pages. Works sometimes, mostly it doesn't. Ink runs out, complicated software. Absolute useless piece of rubbish. I just through it in the bin.

Wireless printing is a joke – For the wireless capability, I used to have to start up the printer, then disconnect and reconnect to the WiFi network and it'd work. It's a hassle but at least it worked. Print over e-mail also worked a solid 50% of the time. Now, it won't do anything anymore. It starts up, but no wireless printing, no email printing, it won't see PDFs on an SD card. The only thing it does is happily print a full-page network report that states there are no issues!

Waste of ink is unbelievable – The amount of ink that is waste frustrated me a lot. Recently needed to clean and there was massive ink everywhere - we found hundreds of money away of paper. Looking now for a laser print.

Absolute Rubbish PhotoDumb not Smart – It insists on printing any image with a picture even diagram on photo paper. If you have a 5 page report and one little flow chart it insists on trying to print flowchart on photo. Even the copier function does this !!!! To make it worse the photo feed never works. Cartridge like is pathetic and print quality erratic. Scans well Ridiculous software makes this unusuable for anything that combines text and diagrams

HP Photosmart B210A not reliable – This printer was about $200 to buy at the time we purchased it. Since then the print driver failed and although HP replaced it, via parcel post, I had to put the pieces in because they don't service the machine. The printer also appears offline on one of our computers which is running Windows 7 64bit and although I've searched on the web for answers, it seems that all I've come across are more people with HP printers who are having the same problem.

HP don't seem to have solutions, so it is very frustrating. Now we have to scan and print from a laptop which is not used near the printer. The computer which is right next to the printer, on the same desk, cannot 'communicate' with the printer - no matter what I try - and I have spent hours trying to fix this.

How can corporations be allowed to make products which fail from the time you buy them?

I would not recommend this printer. Good - when it works. Unreliable. Won't communicate with our computer therefore won't print!
