Huggies Pull-Ups

Retains liquid (like a siv) – Worst nappys i have ever seen. Cost more than normal nappys but leak as if your baby is wearing a pair of undies. Thank you huggies for designing a nappy that let's me know the second my son has peed with its new parent detection liner where the urine runs out of the nappy through the onesie and onto the bed sheets well played sir well played.… Read more
Strongly considering not buying any of your products again and if you give me a list of your ceos names i will gladly come into their bedrooms at 2 in the morning and wee all over them. Dont buy this product Getting to change bed sheets at 2 in morning Expensive. Leaks. Worst product since the fly wire door on a submarine. As well thought out as an inflatable dart board
Just like ordinary nappies – I used these on my first and she just treated them like normal nappies. I thought maybe it was just her so with my second I bought them again. Once more they treat them just like normal nappies. The wee or poo doesn't seem to bother them one bit. Maybe it's just my kids but they don't work as a toilet training device. The only good thing about… Read more
them is you can pull them off and on like undies but to save money your best just purchasing nappy pants and when ready go cold turkey and just put the child in real undies. The fact that they are easy to pull on and off. Very expensive and don't work as a toliet training device.
Soooo Handy – These are so handy to have in my daughters backpack, we live rurally and have alot of long car trips, these are so great to have to put on her when we know we are long way from public toilets and the drive is going to be long and tiring for her and there is a chance she won't be able to hold on. They are a little expensive but I find other brands… Read more
don't seem to be as easy to slip on and off. Easy to use A little bit more expensive than other brands
It makes mum's life much easier! – My girl started using toilet just about 2 years old. She used pull ups for a while. It is really handy to use. I didn't have to change her nappy all the time. It is very soft to her skin. She also loved the princess pictures on the nappy. Only one disadvantage was leaked few times. Softness, good for toilet training Leaks, expensive
Nice Easy Product – I was quite surprised with these as I was not expecting them to be "nice" at all. They go on really easy and fit great! My son is on the slim side but the pull ups fit snug and could be adjusted if needed easily with a side tab. They look nice with the pictures on them which engage your child and helps them "want" to wear them. The absorbency is… Read more
not as good as normal nappies but that is the whole idea behind toilet training, you want your child to feel wet so they know they need to go to the toilet. The only time I had one leak was when it was left on overnight. If your child is having a bottle in bed I would not use these overnight as they cannot handle the overflow. Easy for your child to pull up and down like normal undies. A great product for toilet training! Look great and do the job. Very expensive when first starting out as your child does not know what "wet" feels like or does not make it to the toilet in time but once they have it worked out these would be reasonably priced as you would only need one a day in theory.
Terrible – I bought one pack of these when my first child started potty training and found them to be a waste of money. They absorb so little that unless your child is almost completely potty trained you will go through loads of these. They are also quite expensive. If you like the idea of the product I would just suggest getting the huggies nappy pants… Read more
instead, as they are cheaper (still more expensive than regular huggies though). Easy for kids to use and get used to pulling up underwear. expensive, not very absorbent at all if the child does have an accident. Definitely don't use these at night!
Good – Pullups are great for nighttime once my kids have started toilet training. It is easy for them to pull them down if they need to use the toilet during the night. It's also handy for when they are training and you need to go out and put them in some form of nappy. They come in a good size range which fit well and they are very absorbent. My 4… Read more
year old is still a heavy wetter overnight and Huggies Pullups help hold all the urine away from his pyjamas and bedding. Boy and girl designs

Very absorbent
Great for toilet training Expensive
Less pull-ups in the pack as you increase size/weight range
Good – My son was a late toliet trainer and near the end it was getting ridiculous seeing him in nappies so we used pullups during the day. He called them 'nappy jocks'. I found that they held as much as nappies. I think that the disappearing pictures on the front are a bit of an over kill. My son didn't even notice them when there are so many bright… Read more
pictures on the front. If the child does use them as they are meant to be used I think they would be quite good. They are not as bulky as nappies. Expensive. Kids think that they are nappies and just use them as one.
Bad – I have only used a couple of packets of these and once I am organised will probably try and avoid them and stick to real undies. Now the cons I have listed are probably less dislikes as they are good in theory but more features that are, in my case, ineffective. The boy still sees these as nappies and calls them nappies and doesn't see them as… Read more
undies at all. The wetness liner doesn't seem to bother him and he is happy to continue along his way as he would if he was wearing a normal nappy and tell me on occassion that he wants to go to the toilet compared to undies which he tells me the majority of the time that he needs to go or that he has gone. The pictures that fade when you wet them have zero motivation and he couldn't care less. They are on the expensive side. They don't hold much so I woldn't use them overnight but for regular changes during the day are ok. The things that are good are the cars design which he loves despite having never seen the movie. They are easy for him to pull up on his own which is good and easy to tear at the sides when you want to remove. They also seem to be more comfortable than a normal napy with the stretchy fabric sides and the less bulky design. Cars Design - Easy to put on and remove - Pull up - Seem comfortable Wetness liner theory - fading pictures - Undie-like - Price - Amount they hold
Terrible – I found this product totally useless. My son used them for night-time toilet training and they leaked right away. I know they're supposed to feel uncomfortable so that the child knows they're wet. But what is the point when the bed clothes are also soiled every time? Given how expensive they are I think we're far better off going from nappies to… Read more
undies and dealing with the consequences for a while. Also, pullups were still nappies as far as my child was concerned. They also chafed at the sides and gave him a gave him a nappy rash on a couple of occasions, so I don't think they're suitable for sensitive skin at all.
Expensive and ineffective.
Good – We have only ever used these for night time due to firstly, the cost if you used them all the time would be outrageous and secondly, I don't see the point using them if your child isn't actually toilet trained. I don't think they help the child actually know that they need to go to the toilet, or make them feel any more uncomfortable than a… Read more
normal nappy. The only real benefit is that the child once about 3-4yrs old, can get them on and off by themself and therefore my be inclined during the night to take it off to go to the toilet and put it back on. I'm not sure why you'd bother doing that through the day when you can simply change the nappy. Besides, they still aren't something I'd want my child to be wearing all day, even if they did go to the toilet - because they aren't exactly breathable. Relatively easy to get on & off. My son has used these since he was about 3 yrs old, just for night time. It is good in that you can tell your child that they are not a "Nappy" and try to get them to consider them more as a type of underpants. The absorption is fairly good. The characters on them make them appealing for toddlers. Cost. They are really quite expensive and therefore best to use as only a night time training tool. They can make your child a little lazy as they don't seem to be that uncomfortable for them when they have soiled them.
Bad – I never saw my children have that "lightbulb moment"(like in the commercial) when they realised they had done a wee. They just went on with what they were doing - business as usual, so I found them to be not a good option in the potty training area. Expensive and caused rashes. I went for a padded, washable cloth pants option in the end which… Read more
they couldnt stand wearing if it was wet, and they took them off straight away. Worked better, despite a few accidents, plus they looked like knickers so it gave them that added incentive. Easy to get on and off. I found them expensive, and they caused a rash after using them for a few days on the run, and my children had never had nappy rash before, so I definitely attributed it to the nappy.
Good – Although these aren't the cheapest option out there, they're really handy not only for the help they give with training on the potty, but the in between step from nappies to pants. Good when toilet training the little ones, they give them the idea of using grown up pants for a grown up process and they're very easy slide up and down, yet won't… Read more
slide off when just wandering around. Different designs mean that the pants are interesting and appeal to different kids. Explain before use that it is the next step up from a nappy, as my youngest was a bit baffled about the difference, but once we explained it, not a problem

OK – The concept is good and it gave me peace of mind when we were out or at night when my little boy was sleeping, however he thought they were nappies and he just used them that way. he didn't find them too unconfortable when he wet in them as they are still quite absorbent. After a while he got the idea but I found going from nappies to… Read more
underpants was just easier. There was no choice for him then. Great to use when out and about to save accidents. My little one found it a little confussing as he thought it was a nappy at first.
Good – the princess designs are sweet. my daughter really liked them. helped cut down on the mess of potty training. for us my daughter still treated them as a nappy so we went undies at home, and pull ups on top of undies when we were out. we had no problem with leaks and used them at night for quite some time. these aren't a bad training pant. my… Read more
daughter loves the princess design. easy to pull up and down. can pull apart at the side seams if you end up with a really messy one to change i found that my daughter associated them with nappies. for us they did slow down potty training
OK – I started using these when my daughter first started toilet training, but wasn't ready to wear pants as she wasn't always aware of when she had to go to the toilet, so we ended up with mess all the time. They are much easier then a nappy though, as you can just pull them up. I only use them for when we go out and use cloth training pants at home.… Read more
They occasionally leak , but they are only a training pant and not a nappy. More cost effective to go to knickers and pants when they become more confident in toilet training, but like i said, worth a try during the early stages. Can make toilet training a little less messier and easier. Especially during early stages of toilet training when your toddler isn't quite ready to wear normal pants. They are expensive and you don't get many in a packet. Too costly if you plan to use them all the time during toilet training.
Good – Bare in mind, these are not nappies, they are training pants, so those who complain they leak, remember they are not nappies! We use these for night time accidents. They have never leaked and comfy. We have tried another brand of pull ups and they do not compare to huggies. Huggies will always be my favourite as we have never had issues with… Read more
them. Used them from newborn to training pants with both kids.
I don't think they are that expensive, only a couple dollars cheaper than a cheaper brand. I recommend Huggies over other brands any day. Comfortable and cute, great fit. Reasonably priced. No cons at all.
OK – These are a good tool for trips and short naps after the child has been intensively toilet trained. They are useless for toilet training as they are still a nappy and they do not hold much wee anyway, so you're better off doing the no nappy deal for a few days and use these pull-ups for accidents once the child knows when to go to the toilet. … Read more
It's a very expensive product and so I'd only recommend it for going out times in the period of time immediately after toilet training until the accidents are few and far between. Nice designs. Wetness liner is great for toilet trained toddlers who sometimes have accidents when going out or for short daytime naps. Does not hold enough wee, generally holds 1 or 2 wees before leaking. These pull ups are no good for training as they still think they are in a nappy, and don't feel uncomfortable enough to go to the toilet. Very, very expensive.
OK – I have had no problems using this product while both my boys were toilet training. I used them during the day if we went out or during their afternoon sleep. However, I would not use them at night as I don't feel they would be absorbent enough and prefer to use a normal nappy. The Huggies pull-up nappies have great designs and are colourful. They are very expensive.
Good – I think these are really good when first starting toilet training. My son loved the lightning mcqueen design and after having purchased them will not wear nappies which was huge bonus when we started with toilet training!! They are a little bit pricey but I just tend to stock up when on special. They have bright colourful designs. The wetness liner is really good when toilet traing. Expensive and not absorbent enough when using at night.
Terrible – I tried them with my son once and didn't end up finishing the packet. Definitely recommend a straight transition to proper knickers when toilet training - when I put my son in proper knickers, he knew the difference and didn't want to wet them. They were too hard to pull up and down, for me - let alone my son. He still wet his pants because they… Read more
were too similar to a nappy. And yet they weren't absorbent enough to contain much wee, so had to be changed more frequently than a nappy - I know this is supposed to be the point of them, that the child 'realises' that they are wet and therefore will want to use the toilet - but my son didn't work that way. He just figured he needed a nappy change sooner than usual!
Terrible – Overall, I would not recommend Huggies Pull-Ups to anyone. If you are buying them cause you think it will help with the toilet training then think again. Your little one will still think he/she has a nappy on and will wet like normal and they don't pull down as easy as a pair of training pants or just normal knickers/jocks. They are so very… Read more
expensive and don't hold enough to give you peace of mind if you are out shopping which means you still need to have a nappy on them. My suggestion is to just go straight to nickers/pants when training as they will know when they have wet and won't like it and will train much faster than in a silly pull-up. Look cute! The ads/commercials make it sound excellent for toilet training.
No mess on your floor when training! Way too expensive! They don't hold enough for the toilet training age group.

OK – Even if this is a bit expensive, I still buy it especially when we have a long trip and we avoid a lot of stops for bathroom break. It's nice to wear during day time only but when your kids wear it at night, it does leak and end up having a wet bed. My daughter doesn't feel comfortable wearing it. She just likes the designs. it has cute and stylish designs, soft it's really expensive and it does leak especially when your baby is sleeping sideways
Good – I think it's great because my little girl needs to know when she's done a wee. It's an excellent product It allows my little one to feel when they've done a wee I didn't realise that Pull-ups had easy open sides until I looked at the pack
OK – They are handy for nappy changes when out and about for a toddler, however I think they are really a waste of money. They seem unnecessary to me as my son does not like pulling them up & down yet as they are quite difficult for a 2 yo to pull up simply & when they can pull them up they may as well be in trainging pants. Handy to have a pack on… Read more
hand. Very handy when out as toddlers just have to stand in them but they are still as easy as a nappy to remove. A bit gimmicky. Probly unneccessary for the ongoing price.
OK – i like it, its really helpful, especially for active kid, coz you can change it while they stand up, and i think its little bit too much, coz the price quite expensive, but u can get what u expect, but i like the shape, texture. its very easy to use it,fit properly i heard in ad they say, it help to teach kid from dry to wet, but when im really… Read more
look and feel it, its really work like that, coz everytime i change her nappies, and i feel her bottom they still feel quit dry for me.
Bad – Very expensive for a nappy compares to other nappies with the same features. Huggies Nappypants works like pull ups, but the price is heaps more friendly. i also found that my daughter didn't want to use the same nappy after beeing to the toilet, so this made it unaffordable to use the pull-ups. I found that it doesn't work very well as a training… Read more
pants either - i don't think the kids feel wet in the pull-ups. I tried it in nighttime for months without any result at all. Very easy to put on and remove. Very handy to use as an safe undies if needed when you travelling over long distances or by plane. Very expensive and I think it is a bit of a waste of money.
OK – Not a bad product,we tried them again when my daughter was being 'night trained' as she really liked the designs but the 'wetness liner' in them meant that when she wet overnight, she would either leak through or would find them really uncomfortable. We found the nappy pants the best. Good design, great fit Very expensive, a little gimmicky and… Read more
they leak. I tried them on my daughter when toilet training and didn't have any success. We were better off when she didn't have 'the safety' of a nappy on as she would remember that she needed to use the bathroom.
Terrible – Crap!!!! Would not waste my money. The feel wet liner was good. As soon as she weed she said "my undies feel yucky" so she knew what she did. But she only did one wee and it leaked through. Cute designs that look like real undies, nice and soft Leaked right through right after she weed in them.
