Poor performing machine – This machine has a very flimsy plastic plate & cup holder on the bottom & does not allow for any full washing capacity or for the rollers to work correctly.The weight of plates etc loaded on bottom cause the spinner to get stuck & not spin correctly thereby not washing. I complained about it but never received any assistance other than "we have not had other complaints". Sadly i am stuck with it now & at time of writing it has stopped working altogether after 2 years. We only used it 3-4 times monthly. Will never buy an IAG appliance ever again.
