Highly recommended. Owner of 2 now. This is a solid winner. It's versatile, easy to assemble/convert – I have an AirBnB. I have 2 Leksvik Cots. I can store them flat when not in use, and they are so easy to assemble when I need to, which is often. Because they convert to a toddler beds, I have most configurations covered, for my Guests. My 2 cots have been in use for 5 years & I haven't had any issues with them yet.

Very Ordinary Quality – Cot started to fall apart after 6 months. Ikea give no warranty at all once assembled. We bought this as we thought it would do a few babies then follow up as a bed for the last one i.e. 5-7 years. After 6 months all the joints started to split apart, there was very little glue used. Took it to granddad to rebuild with PVA and some clamps. Onto… Read more

2nd baby, will get rid of it as soon as he is ready for a big bed. Promised the world Delivered very little, no warranty once assembled. Poor construction.

Excellent – IKEA Leksvik has been on the market in Europe for quite a while now. It is new to Australia, but it is of the same good quality und versatility, which give it a long life within your family. When my sons were born, I had the bed base in the higher position. I could put them down easily, no backpain or whatsoever. Later, when they started to… Read more

pull themselves up, I moved the base to the lower position. I didn't want my boys to fall out!

When my older son was old enough to convert the cot into a toddler bed, my younger son was born. But now, this one is old enough to sleep in a bed instead of a cot. So we converted it a few months ago and the little one adapted quickly!

The bed is so well made that, after more than 4 years of use, it is still in a great condition. It has darkened a bit, but that's it. You can wipe it off with a damp cloth, if it is necessary. You won't leave water stains at all! The bed is so well constructed that it even holds the little one and me or my partner (55 kg and 100 kg) when we have a cuddle at bedtime. And the boys have used it as a trampoline as well. And still no aching or cracking!

I guess, if we would have more children, the bed would serve them as well. However, I'll keep it either way! It is so easy to assemble that it is usefull as a guestbed, too.

My opinion: This is money well spent. Very good value for money! Great quality!

Great product – Loved the fact that this cot was relatively inexpensive and good value. It looks great and we bought it with the matching change table and they look fab together. Great to have the two heights to save your back in the early days. Love that it converts into a toddler bed as well. I can see it being well used for the next few years. Cheaper than… Read more

most other cots out there but still looks more expensive than it is. Feels sturdy. Looks good. Easy to assemble. Converts to a toddler bed.

Excellent – You just can't go wrong with this cot. It looks really nice and while it is not the cheapest IKEA cot you can buy, it is very good quality and looks good. Not too hard to put together and the only problem we have found is that it can be hard to get through a door so we have had to take it apart when moving. A nice looking cot. The pine look is one… Read more

that will fit with many decors. I like the fact that this bed will eventually become a toddler bed so I do not have to purchase another bed for quite a few years. Looks great. Very affordable. There are none.

Excellent – This has been a very good cot for our baby and we will eventually turn it into a toddler bed by taking the bar off. The cot was quite affordable and is not difficult to make yourself. Very well constructed and worth the money. Looks good. This cot comes in a nice colour that suits any decor. The bed can be adjusted to different heights and can be… Read more

converted into a toddler bed once baby outgrows the cot. Constructed well and feels quite solid. Not too difficult to put together. Sells at an affordable price of around $350. There is none.
