Worth for money – Still using for my bubba at 6 mth now, but he is overgrow the size of the changing table, keep kicking the edge or hit his head. Unfortunately the price not comes with changing pad, we dint buy it but replace with thicker towel as base. Down side, bubba clothes and nappy which store at lower deck might getting dusty cause without drawer.

Good value, but baby outgrew quickly – This was a perfectly functional changing table for a newborn but once our baby hit 3 months he began to accidentally kick the raised edges as his body length is now about the same length as the table. Maybe it's just our little one, but when he's being changed he's excited and kicks his legs and throws his arms out! Now we're trying to figure out a way to cushion the edges to save his little tootsies.

Simple and nice looking, but perhaps a little too light weight – A simple table, but does the job. The change mat it comes with isn't the best, but we just grabbed another we had and chopped it down to fit. Perfect. It's a little on the small and light weight side, so once baby gets close to 12 months I'd suggest not using this product any more, as it's only so stiff, and it's short in length meaning baby would… Read more

bump its head if it pushes off the bottom rail while being changed. But it's a very simple nice looking table, so fits into many decors. Plenty of space underneath to store say tubs for nappies and alike. I do wish the designers had made those joints just a little more stiff, as when baby starts to wriggle around the table moves, not a big deal (i.e. no risk of it falling over or breaking, but it's a tad annoying), and I added some extra screws to mine to make it a little stiffer, but IKEA should add something other than those dry dowels, or I suppose you can glue them in, but then you can't pull apart again for transport, etc.

Won't inflate – This table has an optional blow up changing pad from ikea that you can buy. My advice is to NOT buy it. The design is a joke, as the valve is seal completely. No matter how hard to try to inflate it, it won’t. What you need to do is puncture it with something soft (like the tip of a pen), but if you press too hard you will puncture the pad and destroying it in the process.

Baby outgrew it in 4 months! – Baby used this from birth, yet after just a few months my average-sized baby's head was banging against one end and feet were kicking the raised edge on the other. I thought this was normal, until I used the expensive change tables Ikea provides in their baby change rooms and to my shock my baby had lots of leg and head room despite outgrowing the… Read more

Sniglar months earlier. It's hard to notice how much smaller this change table is to others until you place you baby on one, or use measurements.

Now I need either to buy a new change table or not use one at all. Either way, the Sniglar serves no purpose after just a few months, making it poor value for money. Had it been just been made longer I'd have been delighted with such a thrifty purchase. Cheap. Light. Easy to assemble. Unusable as a change table after a few months.

No Rated to Australian Standards – Beware this item does not meet the Australia standards the height at the top of change tables has to be minimum 10cm to stop baby rolling off, and the height of this table is 3.5cm. The blow up mat is also extremely filmsy and not very thick I would be afraid to place my baby on there as there is not enough support. unsafe

Worth the money! – We bought this change table as it is really cheap compared to the other ones in the market! I absolutely loved and its super convinient to change lo nappy! Even hubby finds it really useful! Love the two covers you get with this, if one gets messy you can use the other! Inexpensive, reasonably good storage underneath The change pad could have been a bit bigger!

Excellent – I'm not a huge fan of DIY assemblies, I suppose there weren't too many pieces and it could have been worse. At least all the parts were there. This change table has lasted us 6 years and 2 babies, we are expecting another baby soon so it will be having to last us another 2 years and It's still as stable as ever. I also think the simple design… Read more

is easy to match with nursery decor and it can always be painted to suit tastes. simple design, stable. assemble yourself

Good value for money – I bought this second hand in excellent condition at such a low price and its been great. It does what its designed for - to hold baby while you change him. If you wanted extra bells and whistles such as drawers and extra shelves you would need to pay more. It doesnt scream change table you when you look at it, so it can be used for something else… Read more

later on. It is rather sturdy and I like the look of the unstained wood (it gives you the option to paint it too). However, my son it 6 months now, and although bigger than average, im already having to look for a new table. This one is getting too small and he keeps knocking his heels on the edge. It supposed to only go up to 12 months, and majority of babies that age are still in nappies. I wish it had side rails or a safety strap as it is really easy for an older baby to roll off. But this is a good change table if you are short on space, and wanting something that can sit in any room without being offensive to the eyes. Cheap, sturdy, good looking, nice height, easy to clean No added safety features, not a great deal of storage, no wheels, very small so wont last past 12 months

Excellent – I think it's a great product for the price I paid for, at least it does the job as a sturdy change table for my baby. Would recommend it for parents who don't want to spend too much on this product. It can then be converted to table/shelf to put stuffs when the baby grows out of it. Great price (cheap) for this sturdy change table. Easy to… Read more

assemble. Good storage space at the bottom. Easy to clean. Quite heavy to carry around the house because it doesn't have wheels compared to some other change tables.

Excellent – We bought this second hand through local classified. It had already been used for two babies and it still looked like new. The other added benefit was that we didn't need to assemble it. Like a previous reviewer, we went to ikea seperatly and purchased a set of two caddies that attach to the site, which are GREAT! It's sturdy, cheap, unpainted (no… Read more

toxic paints) and can be painted to match nursery. Large space under the table so the shelf fits larger/higher items. At six months our baby is getting pretty long but I think this problem is the same for all chenge tables as the sniglar table is a regular size change table.

Good – A great low cost, sturdy change table however you may need to think of purchasing another one down the track if your baby gets too big (its cheap enough though for you to do that!). We have been very happy with this change table. We purchased the Sniglar change table at the same time as we purchased the IKEA Gulliver cot as there weren't any… Read more

other change tables we liked that matched the cot. It was so cheap that we thought if we didn't like it later on we could always get another one. I also thought that I would paint the change table to match the Gulliver cot but when we put everything together in the room, it was actually a nice combination as the room would have looked too white. The change table is a nice size which is good for us as we live in a unit and don't have the space for any bulky furniture. So far so good however bubs is getting quite long and we may need to get a new one to accommodate her if we find she is getting too big for it. Bubs also kicks the timber at the end of the change table but it doesn't seem to hurt or worry her so we haven't thought about doing anything about it for the time being. The change table doesn't have any storage other than the one shelf however I found some really nice, affordable baskets at Kmart that fit really well underneath to store nappies, bath products etc and they look really smart.

Good – You are able to purchase separately plastic containers that attach onto the side of the table, these are good for some light weight (too heavy and the clips buckle). We have the blow up change mat that goes with the table and still use the table today. My daughter is 23 months, however is a petite little thing (9.3 kilos and 80cm). This change… Read more

table is inexpensive and compact. It can also be painted to match the colour scheme of the nursery/ bedroom. Its all proportional to the price for what you get however it does have the disadvantage of having no drawers and only one shelf.

OK – This change table is value for money. it is sturdy easy to put together. You have to buy the change mat separately and I recommend one that is not from ikea as that one was really small. It is so easy to clean!!! It is affordable, sturdy and easy to clean. Doesnt have any draws or additional compartments

OK – I bought this to use in the bathroom so I good change nappies near the sink, and used it before and after baths for dressing. It seemed sturdy. Remember that most bathroom floors have a tilt to the drain, so the legs on this would sometimes move up and down. I used a bathmat underneath to even out the legs. Not suitable for larger babies, or… Read more

boisterous babies. Small, able to easily fir in bathroom, sturdier than the plastic fold out ones, but around the same price. Fits standerd size change mat. Shelf underneath great for towells, nappies etc. Once my baby was one year old, it became a bit scary to use, he jumped on it once, and the base neary came out of the sides. Also, when he moved around while on his back, he could hit his head against the sides. I used a towel rolled up at the end to buffer his head. No wheels, so you cant move to sink etc

OK – The Sniglar is an inexpensive alternative to others on the market however it is not suitable for a long or large baby. I liked the simplicity of the design as it was not as bulky as others on the market. Very inexpensive compared to others. Easy to assemble. You could paint or stain it to match your decor although we left it as the raw wood. Good… Read more

storage space on the shelf. The blow up mat (purchased separately) is easy to clean and provides adequate comfort for baby. A major design flaw is that the top is a box style with low edge all around. This has meant that when baby became longer (around 5 months) she was hitting her heals on the wooden edge when kicking around. We turned the mat around and placed a rolled hand towel at the head end to protect her head from bumping up against the wood. The label says it is suitable for babies up to one year but I don't think that this realistic.
