Worst appliance I have ever purchased – Have had the machince 3 years and it has spend more time broken down then working. Ilve do not return to calls and the technical suppport for this product is non existent. The last time it was fixed we were advised we shoudl buy a pod machine and keep this for looks not worht the investment. Very expensive to fix at $185 for a call out fee Looks good, and makes lovely coffee when it works Always breaking down
