Now this is a good machine – I upgraded to this machine from another crappy machine and what a dream it has been. It has 2 boilers, so if you are a latte liker this is the machine for you. You have to have 2 boilers if you use the steamer. The unit heats up quick, it can be preset so you get the same coffee every time, it looks good, operates well. I use it at least twice a day, everyday for the last 18months and it has not missed a beat.

The only bad thing I could say is the steamer can be slow, but running on a 10A plug that is understandable. It works, just plain and simple Steamer a little slow, bit expensive
