Great Coffee - lots of technical issues – Beautful looking machine Have had for 2 years an have had 3 serious issuess with the machine and have had to wait 2 weeks to get a technician out to fix it, For a $4500 coffee machine you would expect to have no issues within the forst 2 years great coffee Expensive and hard to fixed when breaks down

I have had the same Ilve Coffee machine, makes good coffee when it works, but we have had quite a few break downs and failures all well with in the first 8 months.. Spoke to Ilve and the have been awesome to fix, replace for same or new model.. So 10/10 to Ilve for addressing the issue and listening to their client base..
