Excellent – My planned budget & first foray into surround home theatre took me to these 5.1 surround boxed set speakers & sub woofer. Wow, I was blown away by the sheer power & clarity from such compact satellite speakers. Mind you I also further utilized my existing 2x 20+ year old B&W V201 bookshelf speakers for the front L&R channels in a full 7.1 surround setup via my Harmon Kardon AVR255 amp & Sony PS3 for Blu-ray. Vocals & highs exhibit great clarity, midrange is surprisingly strong for their size yet also powerful enough to present bass deep enough to match the rest of the sound stage. I have found prices between $1200 to $300 depending on retailer but represent great value at any price. Excellent clarity. Gold combo contacts. Sturdy & solid cases with rubber feet supplied. Compact yet powerful performance. None to mention.
