wanted to kick start my body. I drink lots of water. I sometimes have a glass of wine at night. I have the IONIX SUPREME each morning and the ISAFLUSH and the NATURAL ACCELERATOR twice daily before my morning . I did the cleanse for life as instructed. Made Me very hungry as I work a busy business I would have the cleanse powder in conjunction with the daily shakes etc. The shakes are nice tasting I added frozen blueberries at night and frozen strawberries in the morning but this program is not working for me, a very expensive mistake at $480 per month. Very unhappy with the results.

I recently ordered after not purchasing for many years. What did they do to their shakes, they are disgusting. I used to love the chai one now it tasted like rotten milk. I wasted over $300 ! I tried the vanilla one today. Nasty as well. Maybe my taste buds will change once I decrease my sugar. What happened. Oh and the paper scoopers, they are flimsy.

Protein shakes in general- isagenix – In regards to isagenix .definately look at the sugar levels of any product to see if it’s right for you… isagenix is indeed expensive. you can help yourself by haveing a fibre supplement or by eating something in your plan main meal such as A high fibre low carb high protein meal or a probiotic which will help overall with any weight loss regime wether you use a shake or not. Naturally as we get older we will get constipation issues that’s just our body. Some People don’t like fasting but it can help to lose weight but don’t do it anymore than 2x a month max. Help Yourself by exercising and looking online for low carb high protein recipes you can even find ones that also contain a good source of fibre. Even without shakes it’s imprortant to eat and drink everything in moderation as everything is full of gay and sugar nowadays. Moderate intake of veges n fruit too as they contain natural sugars too but better for you than processed foods. If you’re watching what you’re eating and exercising and eating moderately and being mindful about what you’re consuming it helps. And meal plan !.it can and does work if you don’t cheat and stay active and follow it tk the t and are committed!!.., good motivation and help on the isagenix body love fb page/group too. signed up under an American lady before the product was even in Australia so that was well over a decade ago! Initially I just started with the protein power to supplement my diet as I was vegetarian. I've tried all the flavours but they are all yuck apart from choc and the seasonal banana. I do like the shakes and how they make me feel after drinking them, however I don't have them every day. The 30 day cleanse isn't fun, good luck to those who can stick to it but be mindful that anyone will lose weight if they restrict calories and fast, you don't' need this program for that. I love the BEA energy drinks but the cost is highway robbery and I think they were giving me a stomach ache anyway.

blogs and videos, which I found frustrating and found myself constantly asking questions that probably seemed insignificant to the person that signed me up. I lost weight by sticking meticulously to it, so it was obvious the weight was going to come off with a daily intake of 1200 calories per day. I got through the cleanse days easy at first, but 4 months on I now break them every time as I just get too hungry. I love the taste and creamy texture of the shakes (chocolate mint & strawberry being my favourite) and I love the peanut protein bars. I take the isagenesis capsules (4 a day) and the accelerator capsules and the isaflush capsules. I definitely have more energy, I guess that's because of the 10 k weight loss (which took me 3 months). It's not a "miracle" system as all the "followers" claim it to be, it's very expensive, and you get people blogging with unfounded information, all the time. I was told I would "spring" out of bed and I'm still waiting for that miracle after 7 months. However, all that being said, it's so convenient, I do feel healthier, I look better and it has helped me curb my bad eating and drinking habits, I am now more aware of my diet, even though I thought I was quite a healthy "over eater". I have also ceased wheat and limit my dairy. Overall, yes it works, no it's not a miracle ~ it's the people who become obsessed with the product and make the huge change themselves to get the huge results.

had their shakes - there is over 40 ingredients in each shake and full of sugar! To get results, you restrict calories, fast for days and have to have 2 shakes per day - you can do it on your own with wholefoods and save yourself hundreds of dollars each week. I do not recommend any Isagenix products. Just like any MLM, avoid like the plague.

Over priced products and hard to cancel – Isagenix are over priced products and personally do not see any benefits from trying them. When you sign up you go onto auto ship, so they keep sending you products and charging you. This is hard to cancel as you just cant yourself, you need to contact them. Would highly suggest no signing up to this. they lock you in and seem to pay for allot but get minimal. I am in the process of trying to cancel and delete my account.

I added the isagenix back in my daily regimine. I stopped taking the products and it went away after a couple of weeks. My mom experienced the same issues. I would recommend that you be careful. In hindsight, There are a lot of bad ingredients in the isalean that can cause stomach issues. Buyer Beware.

I agreed, however it was already 2 weeks and I purchased similar products elsewhere. We’ll now I tried to place an order for different products from Isagenix and I find out my account is on hold since I stopped the bank payment. After being a loyal customer for over 10 years they literally just ended my membership over this situation. As a professional and a long time advocate of Isagenix, it’s extremely disturbing. Dutch Chocolate - Terrible Flavour – I took the bull by the horn and thought that I would order the Dutch Chocolate instead of always having the Strawberry. I have just made a Dutch Chocolate shake. The flavour is terrible!! No real taste of chocolate and has an awful after taste, plus it leave a gritty feel, like you have just had some sand in your mouth. Two scoops out of this container. Will not be using the rest - total waste of money. Should have stuck to the strawberry.

Refund still not received + they kept sending products without authorisation – I could not have the products and have to date not received a refund during this time I received further products I did not order. Customer service is poor and still have these items stored to get my refund

The "cleanse day" is completely unnecessary and just another way the company gets people to buy more of their product line.

I know for a fact, a couple of the very well known, top earners in Australia that flaunt their Hemsworth like figures are regular users of performance enhancing drugs. One of the guys recently went to Thailand to have breast tissue removed. I'm no expert but I am pretty sure Isalean isn't creating gyno in 33 year old men with 12% body fat.. If Isagenix is so great you shouldn't need to enhance your results with steroids right?

I would recommend spending your money on visiting a certified nutrionist, eating clean, healthy and nutritious whole foods along with consistent exercise instead of getting involved in this multi level marketing scheme. You won't be pressured into selling processed products to your friends and you will feel great.

Cleanse days are easy to get through but also once again there's healthier options for cleansing, isagenix ckeanse compared to others is full of sugar but I will say the natural accelerants do work my movements have been multiple and frequent

Rubbish – This program did not work for me. I tried the 30 day weight loss plan and lost about a kilogram. I found the shakes boring after a while and cleanse day torturous, leaving me feeling weak and starving. The cost of the program is very expensive and wasn't sustainable for me.
