Would never recommend – Have had nothing but troble with this pram wheels lock had to push around shops. Front Wheels have let me down when crosding busy roads brakes have come away twice after supposedly been replaced by Jane. This is a very serious malfunction which the company were very unhelpful with. Zero customer care! It's a bulky pram & takes up the whole boot… Read more
space in most cars. Supposedly off road pram but any time we have used on dog walks mega problems occur with the wheels. Wish I had never got tjis pram 2years of hassle. Expecting second child & have what little confidence i had left for this pram. Will be looking at other brands whuch is ridiculous after 2years of not alot of use.
Started ok but went down hill quickly – Rubbish pram. We bought the Crosswalk as it promised good ergonomics wirh a degree of sturdiness. The frame is sloppy and noisy, there is so much movement in the handle that you can't "pop" it over a step. I tried tightening everything but this made no difference. We too had issues with the front wheels but solved it with dry lubricant. I… Read more
contacted Brandstyle but never heard back from them.
In good conscience I can't onsell this excuse for a pram so have done $700.
not a fan – I have had issues with the prams wheels and breaks. The pranks very squeaky. It is easy to turn etc when the wheels are working. I find the attachments very very insecure they wobble like crazy, which is a little annoying The tyres on this pram are probably the best thing. They're strong!
Do not buy Jane Crosswalk – I bought Jane Crosswalk several months ago. When my baby came in the end of November, we were able to use the stroller only for a month. After that the front wheels locking in opposite directions and it was impossible to use it anymore. I had to stay for more than 7 days without stroller. And now I'm sure it will happen again. Thank you Jane!!! … Read more
This problem is from a long time ago and I bought the new released stroller which has the same problem again! When every second comment is with this problem, then you should not continue to sell this dangerous product!
I'm very, very disappointed from my purchase :(
Front wheel issues makes this pram unsafe and unusable – bought this pram as it ticked all our requirements of a good, sturdy pram. We already returned it twice to Baby Bunting in the span of 7 months because of safety and technical issues with the 2 front wheels locking in opposite directions making it hard to maneuver and unsafe.
Love the pram - but the wheels drive me crazy! – The pram is perfect I really love everything about it - BUT as per the the earlier reviews the front wheels are so dangerous. They meet locking and will not spin. I end up having the put the front lock on so they won't spin and it's the only way the wheels Will turn. I rang Janè earlier today and they said there is a small percent of a shipment… Read more
that have incorrectly made front wheels. I have been told to go and get it fixed at a place in Tarren Point (ages away) but I'm worried from earlier Reviews if I do this will it actually
Fix the problem? I don't want to be in the same
Position in three weeks time like someone else was! I can't be without a pram... Any advise?
Dangerous & overpriced for quality – For such an expensive pram the wheels are very dangerous locking sideways causing pram to tip or stop moving. Am very disappointed As its a lot of money to spend on something that I can't use properly, am now wishing I had gotten something different as its just not safe.

Faulty wheels are dangerous – I brought my Cross Walk 6mths ago and after continuous attempts to lube the wheels they continuously get the wobbles and lock up. Not only is it frustrating as I do a lot of walking with Bub, but it is also a serious safety concern at traffic lights and crossing roads. My first child, so this is my first pram, I'm very disappointed after having the impression that I was buying a quality product.

Love it – We bought the Jane Crosswalk in mid 2015 for our first baby after looking at heaps of different prams and decided on the Crosswalk for the following reasons: - I wanted a pram that wasn't too heavy, but still very strong and durable - Easy, single action opening and closing - Heavy duty wheels to handle "off-road" bush walks, but still… Read more
light-weight and sleek-looking for the city
- Comfortable and safe for a newborn and easy to transition to older child in the regular upright seat
- I really didn't want a pram that you see absolutely everywhere (like the Strider or City Select), and with the Crosswalk being relatively new to Australia it ticked that box too.
We bought the bassinet with the regular pram configuration and it came with a mesh shopping bag that can be attached from the handles. While the basket underneath the seat isn't huge like some other prams, it's big enough for our needs and I've never actually used the additional shopping bag. Also came with a rain cover which works well (also keeps the cold wind out which is needed for where we live).
The hood/sun cover is really great as it's got an extra zip-out section with a fine mesh/breathing section so it extends really low to cover bub from the late afternoon sun when it's low in the sky or coming in from an angle, but allows air flow and you can peek in to see bub is ok.
We haven't had any problems with the wheels as per earlier reviews.
Problem with front wheels – Recently bought a Jane crosswalk after weeks of research and checking different models at stores. My main criteria was: 1. Easy and light to manoeuvre on different surfaces mainly gravel 2. Comfortable and spacious for my bud 3. Easy to fold and carry 4. Budget 5. Sufficient wind and sun protection 6. Durable, something I can use for my… Read more
growing one for few years to come
7. Something to replace my Quinny Senz which was still good after years of use but was forward facing only and my younger one finding it difficult to adjust as he is just 8 months old
I found Jane crosswalk to fit on all of the above to fully or some extent. I was happy with my purchase by then problem started.
First week : Problem with front wheels being jammed and difficult to maneuver. This was bit risky at traffic signals and on road. This was fixed after visiting the retailer after applying lubricant.
Second week : Front wheel started wobbling, had to go to retailer again but this time problem was not fixed.
After again going through other brands couldn't find a suitable one as they didn't fit my criteria or were too expensive so took a credit note.
I gave 4 rating just because of this issue otherwise I like Jane crosswalk to be more practical and value for money.
Replace 3 Times in 9 Weeks – Was originally very happy with the Jane Crosswalk. However after 4 weeks, front right wheel would lock in a turned position after going round corners making it impossible to steer. Chassis was replaced but exact same happened 3 weeks later. Front end then replaced. Same thing happened 2 weeks later. Decided enough was enough and exchanged and… Read more
paid extra to change to vista uppa baby which has so far been brilliant.
