❤️ My Janome – I've had this machine for just over a year & I didn't realise how much I needed a new machine. This is so easy to use. I probably sew 5 times as much as I did on my very old Janome. I haven't managed to part with my old semi industrial machine as I prefer it for very thick projects but this is much better for everything else. I have never used the… Read more

foot pedal as the buttons are so easy. Self threader is awesome. I tend to do more clothing repairs as it is so easy to pull it out and do a quick job without having to set up where you can use the foot pedal. You can even use it standing up with it on a high bench if you have trouble sitting for too long. This machine is much quieter than my old one but I'm guessing most new ones would be. I love the button hole maker, I've always avoided buttons before but this was so easy. The onboard storage is not a great design. So glad I bought this machine.

Machine failure – Was going fine until the motor driving the fabric foot mover gave up the ghost and machine turned off completely. Haven't had a chance to see if fixable as no local repairer available. will put in mothballs for the time being. Hope it is though as it is a greaty machine when going very smooth machine needed major repair

Wow! Cant believe how amazing this machine is – Fantastic! Has multiple sewing speeds. Pedal and power are 2 different attachments. You don't even need the pedal as you can just use the stop start button so no more sore feet if your a avid sewer like me. Easy to use and has lots of stitching options but they are all practical. Ease of use and very good price.

Good – I've been very happy with the purchase of this machine. It does exactly what I hoped it would do plus some extra things I didn't know I'd needed. I found moving from a mechanical machine to a computerized one did take a little getting used to but I'm happy to have made the switch. You'll never need to use the hand wheel again but you'll also need… Read more

to check the stitch type every time you turn it on as is returns to the default straight stitch. This is a quality machine I'd be happy to recommend to friends. Easy to use, sews even slippery, stretch fabrics beautifully, clean simple design & it also has a good broad work area. The machine feeds well even on difficult fabrics I would have avoided in the past - making for perfect straight seems. The instructions that come with the machine could be more detailed. For example, not all of the stitches are given an explanation of when they might be used. The storage compartment for additional feet, bobbins etc. is not ideal.

Great machine- shame about the bad service at Metro Sewing Centre – WORST SERVICE EVER- I'M SURPRISED THIS STORE IS STILL OPEN THE STAFF THERE ARE SOOOOO RUDE!!!! I hope I never have to deal with the people there again they're nasty and upsetting! I've never dealt with such awful service in my life. In regard to the machine I'm very happy with it- it's a great basic machine and very easy to use.

Fabulous sewing machine – Have only just bought this sewing machine but am absolutely thrilled with it. I have been looking for a good basic machine that is easy to use and sews well with a vast array of materials. It took only a moment to set up and then I was able to use it. It is very quiet to use. The automatic threader is very useful, as well as the start/stop… Read more

button that can be used instead of the foot pedal. I am also amazed at the automatic buttonhole -takes all the guess work out of making a buttonhole as it automatically makes the correct size !

If looking for a good basic machine that is quiet and works well - you must check this one out ! Quiet, sews well on a vast array of fabrics.
