This product has been discontinued by JNC.
+ its is very esy to use
+ The MP3 player is very versatile and has a large storage capcity of 20gb. it can store thousands of songs and has excellent sound quality and bass sound. I like the nice looking and bright LCD screen which is very easy to navigate and user friendly. great price for plenty of features. Very long battery life that lasts all day.
- None so far

+ large storage capacity (20GB), cheaper than all other brands/makes with 20GB capacity for a Mp3 Player
- not as fancy looking as the other brands.
+ Looks sturdy, thought it was quite goodlooking. Downloaded all my music in a matter of minutes several thousand songs. The FM radio and recorder works well
- Having to manually load it was annoying. Did not find the instruction manual particulaly help ful. Can't figure out how to create playlists despite following the instructions. Navigation does not always go where I want it. and the songs seem to be stuck on shuffle. Song have downloaded in alphabetical order rather than artist or playlist order from my media player. Also none of the media players on my computer recognise the device. Also when I disconnect from the computer it turns itself off, needing to be turned on again and reload which takes a good 5 minutes.

First of all the JNC SSF-M9 is probably the cheapest 20GB MP3 Player on the market right now.
The design of the actual player is very good, which is cased with a aluminium covering ( feels solid).
Good Features:
Line in Recording
Built in radio
Doesn't need any driver to tranfer music
Can be used to store files
Pity good battery life

-For me it was a little bit too big to carry around
-Bad design with headphones (falls out, and the cord is way too short).
+ Nice Design, Good Display, although light drops out very early, like the functionality
- Heard a few problems about freezing, and earphone quality, and we did have a coupkle of teething problems, which with the help of JNC, we seemed to have sorted out, refer below which is a copy of my e-mail transcript, with JNC, and like all e-mail needs to be read from the bottom up.
+ price???
- bought this player and can't load music to it. no software with it. running XP but media player or real player can't detect it. anyone help??
+ It has radio, voice recording etc; good price for all the features.
- Shuffle doesn't work (JNC said that most people don't normally want to use the shuffle mode!), it keeps freezing, you can only have one playlist with a limited number of songs, it keeps freezing, doesn't look as cool as the ipod.
