OK – We've bought 2 of these for a total outlay of under $300 kiwi. First one lasted 5+ years with frequent stops at Warranty Station here in NZ. We bought value and sucking ability. This product qualifies in both areas. The suction is great. The unit is workable with either turbo or regular head. Easy to carry between rooms with an extension cord. Customer service on the unit is great and that's important because the parts, particularly the hinges on the casing which holds the tools, is very cheap. This is the second one of these we've bought. The first still works but has come apart as described above and was beyond warranty period. Needs duct tape to keep the lids on. For the price, discounted at Briscoes, it is a value. Parts are cheaply made. Poor design on placement of HEPA filter. Have to check often to see if bag is mounted properly and STAYING there. The price of the bags is a rip!!! These units work but need gentle care and should not, after all, since these are cleaning tools.

works well in the suction dept;But parts fall to bits – the container for fiter and dust broke plastic catch very early in the piece. but cant by the part, so have to tape it up to use and untape to clean it out. inexpensive bad design

OK – The retractable cord stoped working, Kambrook is great to deal with the unit is 10 months old so I can exchange it for a new one, but they do not make this model any more. as per last review, Nov 15th as per last review, Nov 15th
