Good value for money – Was a good value for money machine. Lasted approx 10 years with only the hose replaced in that time. Had 4 tools included and 2 hepa filters with new machine only having 2 and 1 respectively. Economical on electricity consuming only 1400 watts, better than the new machines which use 2000+ watts. Dont be fooled that increased watts give you more suction power, these days they make smaller motors (cheaper to produce) which use more electricity because they have to work harder to get the same results as the older motors......sounds good through if they tell us the machine has higher watts motor but in fact just costing you more to run. Good value for money Hose broke after 3 years, model not being made anymore
Terrible – I am so sorry I ever paid money for this horrible machine!! It makes vacuuming difficult as I am constantly going over the floor/carpet I have just vacuumed and I find I also have to vacuum more than once a week if I want clean floors/carpet. I am looking into buying a Dyson. it's bagless. Hate this machine; the plastic thing holding the hose in place broke (only had it approx 6 - 12mths at the time) and it has very little suction - I have to continually vacuum over the floor/carpet and it still doesn't pick up sometimes!! and it won't/can't pick up hair! I have to take the head off to suck it up. It also has a really short cord and the rotten thing tips over all the time!!!
Good – This was a good no nonense machine that did everything from the house to the car and the garage. It finally blew up after about 4 or so years, which I considered a good run for a $180 machine. Hopefully they have fixed the weak lid design. Not too great on dog hair, but can't complain Very compact machine and was very user friendly. Being the price it was and the fact that it was bagless was also a bonus. We bought this after a previous bagged vacuum broke and were very happy about never having to empty bags again The lid that closes over the dust canister was weak and when you pulled the hose in the opposit direction you would lose suction.
