Mould Remediation – After the floods this year, I have two roof leaks that led to me having mould on the ceiling in two rooms. KCJ messaged and called me, advised me when they could come out. When they arrived they were so thorough with their work and I have had no further issues. I am so grateful they made the process so simple

Worst I have ever dealt with – This is the worst company ever. Cant pronounced and easy name, have NO manners, and doesn't turn up on time, ALWAYS with an excuse and A LIE of trying to phone you!! guys think twice and if the insurance company put you with these people RUN AWAY!!! a 30 ' job to collect 3 driers, will take them 2.5 hours of standing around...let alone the receptionist ask you 'how do you know what is a dehumidifier.....SHJkjtUSIUYRT!!!!!!!!!!!

Kay continually checked in with updates and the office staff are friendly and knowledgeable. This company let me down – If you decide to use this company, I would suggest you ring a day or two beforehand to double check that they are actually coming. I made arrangements for my windows and screens to be cleaned after some very dusty renovations had been done and the day before I had visitors arriving to stay. You've lost a loyal customer – I have used this company for 10 years and have always been happy, however on this occasion I am disappointed. I was Quoted a price over the phone of $120. A bad experience – Just had a bond clean from this company. First they quoted us $321 over the phone then showed up (the day before our tenancy was due to finish) and said in fact it would be $590. We refused to pay that so we asked them to just clean the kitchen and bathrooms and we would do the rest - specifically the oven and mopping the tiled floors. My partner… Read more

was at the apartment at the time and was spoken to very rudely, the woman even informed him that our apartment was filthy (it's not, we've taken good care of it). The woman was heading out the door when my partner noticed the floor hadn't been mopped, so he asked if she could please do it to which she replied "no, we're finished". Thankfully the woman with her was more inclined to provide the service we had requested, and mopped the floors. I'm just really disappointed that we have been treated so rudely and I would certainly not recommend this company to friends or family.

Rude staff, very high prices

Excellent – We had our carpets and tiles professionally cleaned by [name censored] from KCJ and were very pleased with the result. Price-wise middle of the range, but quality of work far superior to previous cleaners. [name censored] from the office also very professional and pleasant when booking and quoting.
