Excellent – Excellent product. So inexpensive and yet just as good, if not better than other safety gates. The customer service is the best I have ever encountered. I lost an extension pin and called the after sales support number and they sent me one free of charge immediately even though loss of parts is not covered in the warranty. They were pleasant on the phone and it was refreshing. It is sturdy, stable, easy to assemble, easy to open, comes with two extensions. Is very affordable unlike most safety gates. Great Customer Service and one year warranty. The alignment has to be just right in order for the gate to lock automatically, but sometimes I like that it doesn't lock automatically.
