support straight down the middle, returned again to ask to return, but Harvey Norman do not handle that which is really frustrating and time consuming, they sent us through to the AHbeard which is taking more then 3 weeks to get an inspector out to see us and and over a month since we first raised with Harvey Norman to get to this point.

Quality - comfortable for the first 3 months then after that its absolutely horrible, spent nearly $3k on a chiro luxury estate medium mattress and springs went on it within 6 months. Rotated every 2 weeks as they say, I weigh 80kgs my wife is 60kg and are healthy people not overweight. Technician came out first time and said he can't see it sagging nothing is wrong with it and I tried to explain when you sleep on it you can feel the springs have gone. 6 months later got worse (now a year in after purchase) went through annoying warranty procedure again, Technician came out inspected and pushed down on the springs and admitted there was something wrong with springs like I advised the first time. For a $3k mattress I really wish I didn't buy ah beards mattress and went with a sealy. The bad reviews are real and not fake. Nearly every review says the same thing the bed sags quickly after purchase or a couple years in. Service - have always replied and followed their processes however don't really sound like they'd go above and beyond for you. In saying that so far the service is their best attribute.

Conclusion - they took the bed away for repair after 1 year (should have been 6 months ago), turned it into a firm mattress from the medium which I bought as per my request and suggestion from a tech that came out. Fixed the issue of the sag but now the bed is not comfortable. Someone said they'd reply to my comment before I published it but no one did, so obviously no one cares.

Would definitely not recommend, go buy tempur or sealy and save yourself the headache. I can't even get a refund or an exchange for a different AH beard bed.

Completely disappointed – Really disappointed in the Chiro luxury plush. My older age mother purchased the King single (there was only a queen to try in the shop). The shop version was great. New bed too soft and hard for my mum to turn over in. Customer service has been really poor. Very upsetting to know my Mum has wasted over $2K on a bed she cant sleep on, and now needs to find a new bed. Feeling ashamed at how dismissive sales people can be to older people. Show details

Causing more pain, not less!!! – We bought this mattress 4 years ago. Has no sunken badly on both sides and we have always rotated it as we were told at the time of purchase. I have many medical conditions and the salesman said this would be great for my back but $2000 and 4 years later I may soon end up sleeping on the lounge as the pain from lack of support is getting too much. Contacted Harvey Norman only to be told to rotate the mattress in which we did but still same issue, we ended up rotating the two bases (due to being a Super King) side ways so the centre line of the bed from left to right had solid section through the middle of the bed at waist height from left to right with edges of bases this fixed the sinking issue for the mid section of the body however the shoulder and upper body still sinks and you feel like your sleeping down hill

has been 3.5 years old now and the mattress is sinking even worse, but guess ill be forking out more coin for a new mattress

Perfectly good rubbish mattress – Oh hell let me start..Super King Koil Firm; paid expensively for what I thought was a good bed and the best. transportation costs and you need to hire dry cleaning people to clean your mattress before sending it. Otherwise they won’t accept for warranty even I told them I have a mattress cover and no stain. The lady on the phone said the inspector won’t accept it if they found even only one mark.

This is very very disappointed. You pay $2,000 for a mattress and expect for long term good quality. Only 2 and half years, the mattress hurts my back so badly. They offer 10 year warranty but no guarantee that they will take your mattress for repairing. Then asked you for a dry cleaning receipt before sending it to the company.

They just make it harder when you wanna a claim. What a customer service.

Disappointment – Purchased the Chiro luxury plush in King size. Mattress has dipped in the middle where hips are and in both body positions so that I feel like I am rolling up and over a hill to get to husband's side for a cuddle. I have contacted the store again to pick it up & bring a firmer mattress while they investigate.

If I dont get an upgrade or my $ back I will be reporting to Consumer Affairs until I get a resolution that I am happy with. Not happy King Koil!!

while two people lay on bed and base doesnt sag at all. Put up with it for about 4 or 5 months until it was unbearable. It was sent away and came back with a new spring system and comfort layer (I presume this is pillow top). Got it back and it was ok but not like brand new. And now after only about 2 or 3 months it's starting to sag again. Failed twice in about 15 months. We've rotated it like advised but no improvement.

Going to see store tomorrow and demand refund. See how I go.

Do not buy one of these mattresses! It would have got zero stars if that was an option.

head opposite way. Sometimes i sleep the wrong way with my feet dangling because its that uncomfortable. Overall it feels so unsupportive and hot. Don't buy.

Dips in middle – After about 2 years this mattress started to dip in the middle. Don't get pillow top!!! – Had a $2500 king coil for about 1.5 years. It completely sags each side where you lay and has a high ridge in the middle which is permanent. Excellent bed! – I bought this bed (mattress and matching base) 4 years ago from Forty Winks Wagga. First it was sagging in the middle, rang the shop and they contacted King Koil and they ended up replacing the mattress with the new one. It is a nice bed...I can sleep hours on it. It is a little soft for my liking, should have gone with the firm one but I think it is the the pillow top that is a little too soft. But after all...can't complaint!

Worst bed I have ever had – We purchased a king koil bed 10 months ago, I have MS and am pregnant so we thought let spend the money and get a good mattress, well we were wrong. We are in the middle of having this bed assessed. It has a collapsed on the sides that my husband and I sleep on and has developed a lump in the middle of the bed The manufactory company is being difficult. supportive it would be in the long run, but the salesman assured us that due to the 5 system spring coil system our weight would be evenly distributed across the mattress. At first, it was fantastic and comfortable and we slept really well, but after about one year we both noticed that we had started rolling in towards the middle of the bed.

My husband is 6"2' and 85kgs and I am 5"6' and 65kgs, so we are not heavy people for our height. We rotated the mattress regularly according to the instructions and we also purchased a brand new recommended base for this mattress at the same time, yet still we have had problems. The angle at which we roll in now is so obvious and uncomfortable that I have contacted Forty Winks to see if we can get a refund or replacement. I would strongly recommend against purchasing this mattress - take it from someone who has slept on it for a good couple of years rather than just a few months. Medium pillow top at first was comfortable Over time it sinks in at the middle of the bed. Not supportive. Expensive.

comfortable I can sleep anytime - we're both shift workers and need to sleep at different times. We don't disturb each other getting in and out of bed as it is very stable. Very very heavy - I dread ever having to move it!

Do not buy – The person below me, you sound like you may work for the company. We done none of what you suggested, and have many many problems with King Koil mattress. We actually went all out as we just brought a new house and wanted to make sure we got a really good mattress. One thing we didn't try to "save a buck" The company ignore you if you have a problem. One note- i bought it with the matching base so maybe that is why i had no problems, the salesman mentioned that even if the existing slats or base are not noticeably sagging or damaged they still will affect the mattress. Maybe thats why the other reviewers have had problems-trying to save a buck by putting a new mattress on an old frame or base... Feels beautiful and supportive. Love it! Worst mattress Ive ever had – Wondered if it was just me but I see everybody is complaining about the same thing - way too soft, wake up feeling like im sleeping down in a rut...sore back, no support for an expensive mattress. My old mattress in the spare room feels beautiful by comparison. Was going to raise this with Forty Winks and/or manufacturer but based on these comments I wont bother, I just won't ever buy another one...

Springs collapse, bed dips, hurts your back. Dont buy King Coil – We bought the King Koil Chiropractic Luxury, after 12 months it dips so badly it's got to be replaced. Think the company will listen? No chance, but a mattress alone (no bed or other bits) costing $1750 should have a genuine lifespan of more than 12 months. Won't go back to Forty Winks. Springs collapse, bed dips, bad for your back. Doesn't last.

Obviously they not keen on refund despite the great number of bad reviews and returns..they still want to exam it.... there's not much to check on this product it's a faulty range full stop.

Don't buy – I bought this bed too and am so disappointed... Bed sinks, gives you a bad lower back, no support, you wake up with a sore back, and you overheat! Sleeping in this bed in summer is just a nightmare. I don't think they should be calling it luxury. Very disappointing Height of bed

home 2 days ago and we simply can't sleep on this mattress, it just sags in the middle that I feel I am falling into a hole. We are now sleeping on our old mattress! I paid 1500$ for this mattress!! eventually changed the two week old mattress with a new one. It was a bit better, we changed the bed slats as it started sagging again in the middle. But now, around two months later we just roll together in the middle like a ditch. We thought we were going crazy. We both have back pain. What an absolute waste of money.
