Brokenhearted – Silly me. I let the door drop once too often. Unfortunately too expensive to repair. Couldn't find a new one to buy. I'm brokenhearted because I loved this dishwasher. SO quiet that I was often accidentally opening the door by mistake! Every new fully integrated machine currently on the market doesn't compare, all higher decibel level. My tv is in the same room so my dishwasher needs to be silent. Soooo quiet

Excellent – even BMW brake down every now and then but they don't come with a 10 year warranty. the plastic finish on the front door makes it easy to clean. the adjustable basket is useful for us. we also find the power head a great feature that this dish washer has. very quite when it's on, great on water and energy consumption.it also has a self clean button to keep your dishwasher clean. we have had it for just over a year and it has been money well spent. as others have said a great dishwasher 10 year warranty free delivery and free installation have not come a cross any yet

Bad – we actually have an earlier model and have just replaced it but not with a kleenmaid. it has been leaking for about the last year despite two visits and over $300 worth of 'repairs'. cutlery baskets flimsy and cost $50 bucks to replace. lower spray arm was always falling off too. never cleaned pots well and has broken in a number of places in the racks. doesn't live up to kleenmaid's reputation. also have kleenmaid oven and gas top also not very impressed. quiet leaks, poor quality components,

Terrible – Unfortunately our experience with this machine was very bad ....when it worked it cleaned very well, but you dont expect a new dishwasher to flood your kitchen floor twice within 6 weeks. We advised Kleenmaid we did not want machine anymore and to refund our money, which wasnt as easy as it was supposed to be. Worked well when it did... Flooded my kitchen floor more than once...
