Would NOT recommend. Leak everything. Very irritable on skin – I have always trusted kotex to be there for me and used the maternity ones after the birth of my first child for the first 6 months then back to regular, being a big girl I switched to maternity pads for the extra length and width. Within hours my female reproductive organ became really itchy. I looked at it in a mirror and it was red and swollen.… Read more

I had a shower thinking it might be my personal hygiene but nope, didn't help. The shop was closed so I didn't have time to purchase a different brand. By morning my female reproductive organ was so itchy and raw and had started bleeding in patches. I went to the doctor immediately the next morning and was told I had ammonia burn from whatever chemicals were in the product. Sad to say I will NEVER buy kotex again.

Allergic to pads!?!? – Wore a Kotex maternity pad for 10 minutes and it burnt my skin and now I'm in unnecessary pain. I'm 6 days post partum and changed brands to save a few bucks. Big mistake, will never buy Kotex again. Not sure what's causing the allergy in the product whether it's bleaching etc but to burn the vaginal area ain't good!

My second favourite maternity pad – This pad is my second favourite maternity pad. Its thick and doesnt bunch up as much as other brands. It comes in individual purse packs and can be stored easily in your nappy bag. They could be used from day 1, but i personally would use these after a couple of days when you dont need full on support. purse pack, quite thick, not as bunchy as other brands could be longer

Good – Love these pads. Not as long as Libra pads, but perfect for medium flow. Wish they had wings though, they would then be 5/5! - Comfortable - Masks any smells - Wider pad - Not too thick - No wings

Excellent – Great, absorbent, soft wonderul pad that wasn't too bulky and as not uncomfy to wear. Highly recommend there to all women in the post natal period. Tried three different maternity pads with my first and these were the only ones that I liked! I used them for both of my kids and never had any issues. I had a light flow with both of them, and these pads were more than adequate. Loved them. I only had a light flow though.

Excellent – i tried 3 different brands of maternity pads, and the kotex ones were the only ones i would ever buy again. even my hospital (who supplied maternity pads) stocked kotex maternity pads. They werent quite as bulky as some other pads, and were a bit wider than the other brands i tried as well. the most important point is that they have a super… Read more

Good – I used these for a long time after having my baby boy. I had heavy bleeding for longer than usual after having my bub and these pads were great for that time. As my flow got lighter I could use regular pads in the day but I continued to use these at night time for some time. The softness of these pad was excellent during the weeks post birth and I… Read more

recommend them to anyone. These are so nice and soft for that delicate and sensitive time after having a baby. They are long and very cushy and I found them to be very absorbent. They don't have wings, if they did they would be perfect.

Excellent – These are the best for post-birth bleeding! When my flow got lighter I used regular pads and had an allergic reaction! The area is so sensitive something like this should be used to protect it. These pads have an extremely soft outer cover, and absorb heaps. They also stretch right from front to back and I had no leakage even once during my… Read more

recovery after birth.

Also don't create a funky smell. They're pretty good, I do wish they would put more into the pack though.

Good – As far asaternity pads go, these are pretty good. They are not thin which is very positve as the thin ones are stiff and get cardboard folds that can be incredibly uncomfortable after having a baby. They are good and long and very absorbent. I used one pk of these for each of my two pregnancies and used other brands as well. These were my… Read more

favourite, but for my next pregnancy I will be going cloth- scarlet-eve mumma pads. Thick! It is good when they are thick as they are soft and comfy Terrible for the environment like all disposable pads. They take hundred of years to break down. Go cloth, they are easy, comfy, and not going into landfill
