Expired the same month as warranty – Machine stopped working one month out of warranty. Told that would cost $ 100+ to identify fault and parts probably not available. Decided not worth proceeding as had seen Aldi unit - Nespresso initially refused to accept return of the UNOPENED parcel containing 200 capsules I had purchased 5 days earlier. Only because they took a long time following up my situation did I get a positive - Supervisor level - solution and they ended up repairing the unit FOC. Streamline design Milk frother stopped working within months. Unit failed just after expiry of warranty

Good – A really nice design, and very reliable. If you're going to use nespresso regardless of the online ordering system and cost, this is a great little machine with a cute design. My second experience with nespresso, easy and clean to use, cube design fitted well into my kitchen, easy to dispense with the used cubes and the light up function in the disposal area made keeping track of them very easy The downfall of nespresso is the actual capsuels you use. Flavours are somewhat limited and beyond espresso shots, they don't have the capacity for a great cap. or anything. Capsuels are also pricy compared to ground coffee or fresh beans.
