It makes a great coffee – Its compact machine which looks okay int the kitchen. Sometimes while using it bunt coffee beans, but simple to use to use with milk and water. It is also easy to clean and wipe with some care. It does not match best style coffee on taste. I would recommend others, first test and then buy

La pavoni espresso machine broke after 1 month – Purchased the la pavoni espresso machine overseas in italy It worked perfectly fine for the first month then the nob to open then water tank broke off. Looks like the glue has failed. I have emailed la pavoni in Italy, about 2 weeks ago - nothing has been heard back from them. I contacted the la pavoni seller in Annandale nsw, and they will not fix it under warranty as I didn't purchase the machine from them. But they have offered to repair it if I'm happy to pay for the repair - thats nice of them.
I thought it being an internatIonally sold product the warranty would be world wide.
Especially disappointed the machine broke after only a months worth of use. our last machine (kr_ups) is still going after 20years!

Excellent coffee from a beautiful machine – During the 18 years I've owned the La Pavoni it has been brilliant. I love the machine and use it every day. It is quick to heat up, quiet, has a small footprint, looks great and makes beautiful coffee. It also uses less coffee per cup than the Rancilio Silvia I had previously. I've had it serviced each 4-5 years. The steamer valve seal has been replaced, the piston was upgraded to a metal one and the base was replaced as it corroded under the drip tray. In between services I descale the boiler every 6 months and put grease on the valve spindle and main lever.
Quality Coffee – This Model La Professional is amazing,because it is manual which lets you make any kind of coffee you want.The milk froth can be made for any style of coffee or hot chocolate being manual gives you a lot options both in the coffee making and froth making.Being manual every part of the coffee maker is repairable. Reliable
