Legacy LEDD506

Great for home – bought the dd506 a while ago , good for home use , don't over tighten any bolts or clamps , they are fragile , just tighten enough to lock in position , apart from that it is a pretty sturdy unit.sounds are good for what it is , the snare sounds aren't the best , but you can muck around with the reverb it compensate , also the snare is very touchy in volume in places , seems louder on the edge of the pad than the centre (maybe mine is getting old),it also has a good rim-shot , all other sounds are not too bad. you can adjust the sounds and save them to it's memory bank which is good. cymbals have a choke on them and the cymbal sounds are ok.picks up double kick great, but you may need a small sand bag in front of the bass pad to stop movement.
overall it's a great tool for home practice,, sure beats playing on rubber pads or muted drums as you can HEAR THE BEAT.....7/10.. Inexpensive , dont overtighten anything
