Only good for study or light browsing requirements – Its good for the price, but do not overly expect this to do everything. It has very good driver support for 64-bit operating systems and works on a multitude of non-windows platforms. The toner which just so happens to cost more than the printer is a waste of money because you do not get a good lifespan of printing and do not bother to buy non-genuine cartridge toners.

I would not recommend this printer to any one unless it is a last resort choice only. There is plenty on the market with better features and choice. I bought this printer quite some time ago and it still works today; however I have since upgraded to a Canon MF4720 for more features and bang for buck reasons.

The upside to this printer when compared to the Canon is that it just seems to have been built better. Its either that or I'm looking at faded and dated plastic of generic monotone greys of its exterior packaging. LAN Connections; Build Quality; 64-bit driver support Good for study, light printing; may be a few pages from the internet; but that is it; printing lifespan is very poor

great value for money and clear print quality – I purchased this from a supermarket. It was priced under $80. the printer was really easy to set up. We didn't need the disk, software downloaded from pc. We have windows 7 and it is compatible. I called lexmark this week because some strange light combinations coming up and it stopped printed. their service was great, the man emailed me a new link to download some updated drivers and suggested i network the printer. He also emailed me instructions on how to setup the network.

the case it stong and sturdy and it has a solidness about it.

it doens't hold a great amount of paper, but this is not a problem for us as we don't print an huge amount at a time.

The print quality is clear and you can cheaply but toner cartridges or even get your cartridge refilled.

Over time the paper holder has warn and it doesn't sit correctly but it still prints fine and this does not stop the printer from working. price was excellent
