Wouldn't buy it again – Lid hinges poor quality; broke under warranty and was replaced with a refurbished (second hand) printer. The second one broke a hinge too less than a year after replacement printer received - but warranty was refused as it was now 13 months since the purchase of the first printer. Paper jams all the time in this second printer. Coloured inks don't always print well and when do deep clean it just about empties the ink tank. Can scan, fax and print double sided Lid breaks; paper jams, constantly needs deep cleaning

Was never perfect, now dead :( – Initially I was pleased with this purchase, as I had seen it in shops for $100 more than I paid from Topbuy. However, you get what you pay for. Printer was purchased in July this year, now November and after being troublesome with printing since the first week, it now won't turn on or off at all, just shows the white screen of death. I can't be 100% sure the earlier printing troubles weren't due to the ink, even though I use genuine. I bought this printer as I already had Lexmark ink and didn't want to waste it, now I'll be ditching a couple of hundred dollars worth and trying a different brand.

Of course, this is still under warranty, but the cost and hassle of sending the machine back just isn't worth it to me. Price was reasonable, paper cartridge White screen of death within 6 months of purchase
