Bad – Buy a more expensive printer with the same specs that is cheaper to refill if you have heavy printing needs. Accept it if it is a gift, then re-gift it when the ink runs out. The price is right and the quality meets it's advertised spefications The cartridges are not refillable and priced higher than say HP refills, but a same spec HP printer will cost you more to buy. Flimsy paper tray and paper support
