Good – Yes, other than the small but growing problem with not being able to fax; i would reccomend the aio to a friend. A very fine smalll business office printer, if take care of! Excellent additional feature built into the machine itself and with the installeable software. Had trouble determing the type of phone system hewre in germany, pulse, touch tone, pbx. Tried all three . Toruble no telephone dial tone; even connected the aio directly to the wall outlet still not dial tone. Upset at this point and reset the aio back to factory setting.... Still till this date cannot fax.
