Love this fridge – We purchased this fridge about 12 years ago and after a shaky start ( door needed replacing but fridge was replaced ) we have been very impressed with it. The size does cause hassles in smaller kitchen cavities as it really is huge. I am not a fan of LG products usually but have now got the fridge and 2 LG Washing Machines. Door cooling is great and we love the freezer has a light. Has held up extremely well to our torture Door needed replacing very early on........LG replaced fridge though and this sorted that out!

This is the best fridge I have ever had. Doesnt freeze the lettuce lol. It is now 12 years old and is leaking water from the freezer into the fridge. I no longer have the manual and tried to download it of the LG site. I do not use microsoft products and can not download as will only download into explorer and not firefox. I really need to know what to do as the fridge is still in good working order.

Very disapointed as no parts avaliable – I purchased two of these two door fridges about 9 years ago. They were close to $3,000 each at the time. About a month ago I noticed that the door was making a squeaking sound but never took too much notice. Than about 2 weeks ago when I went to open the door, it fell off with everything crashing to the floor. I eventually call the fridge mechanic to fix or as he put it, it can not be fixed and will need replacing. He than gave me the bad news that LG don't make the door and can not be replaced.

I have been taking to LG management and have advised them of my disappointment where a 9 year old fridge can not have spare parts. My concern now is that I have a second LG fridge of the same model. I am hoping that LG will come to the party and at least pay the difference between the repair cost and the cost of a new fridge of similar size. The door fell off.

Yes same thing happened to my lg refrigerator GR-T632DVQ, now we have a perfectly good working fridge, with no door, and can't be used, i have 7 kids and can't really afford a new fridge, wish they would make at least the doors, *sigh, i just don't know what to do, its like 10 years old, been a great fridge until today *sigh
