Feeling annoyed ... Not working – When I first purchased the home theater system it was great, now the dvd player won't turn on, and when it does, it stays on for 2 minutes maximum then switches off again on its own. It wont turn on again as if it's getting no power to it. It hardly gets used at all. Highly disappointed as im a single mum it cost me a fortune for something that didn't even last.

Bad product – After warranty ran out blu ray stopped working will play normal dvd but will not play any Blu-ray movies and will make a loud noise when trying to read disc,not happy at all I don't want to spend money to get fixed will just go out a Samsung home theatre.

Don’t Buy! – Rear wireless speakers stopped working after just a few months. Won’t pair with main unit. The sound is OK but not worth the money when you consider you could buy a decent amp & set of speakers for less. The software to connect with existing storage over a network is PC only so no use to Mac users. Can’t find any advice or support on LG site. Frankly I feel ripped off - can’t think why!

Life is good! – So very happy with this home theatre system, the sound quality is impeccable, along with the many sound options to suit any need from gaming, heavy bass 'blast' to a convenient night mode, its perfect for everyone in the family and at any time! No distortion when playing in full volume and more than loud enough and we never really need to have it in full volume as the sound travels well. Reliable, economical, excellent warranty! Makes an odd noise from dvd player when turning on system

Great Product when operating correctly – Sound quality suitable, playback and network options not too tricky to set up, simple clean lines on piano black finish and relatively discreet main unit. Optical link and standard hdmi and front connection ports give easy access when its time for playback from alternate media sources. A number of differing surround modes to adjust to related formats and wireless rear speaker set works a treat to effect theatre effects. You should test your product as soon as you receive it as Dead On Arrival claims from LG very poor and warranty claims are very challenging to be assessed. Having put back the timing of unboxing of my product a while from purchase LG directed that a faulty unit be sent for repair rather than direct exchange. In addition when the product was sent in immaculate condition as directed and on return the fascia came back looking second hand with scratches. no longer a clean black piano finish. Easy setup, great sound, nice lines , remote wireless rear speakers Warranty Failure. Not interested in Replacement for Dead on Arrival product.
