Good – It is a good machine. However, I don't believe it is truly a 14 place setting. The prongs for the plates should be a little further apart to ensure a good wash everytime - though I don't rinse the plates first. I would buy another one as the problems mentioned can be worked around. Adjustable shelves, half load wash option, prongs on top & bottom shelf can be laid flat. Doesn't dry really good unless you use rinse aid. The soap dispenser sometimes doesn't open - especially if the cutlery holder is on that side.
