Very unreliable – Owning this phone has been a very frustrating experience. It constantly freezes and the update software is virtually impossible to navigate, so I have no idea if this will fix the problem (despite many attempts). The software 'second guesses' every move you make. Eg. to turn if off it you hold the turn off button which takes you to another screen where you select 'turn off' which takes you to another screen asking you if you want to turn it off. Even when it is working its slow. It has very little internal memory and the SMS inbox fills easily and the 'can't receive incoming message' lines stays after you've made room. Despite having a memory card in it you can't easily access it. Battery life is okay, touch screen is average. 2 stars is generous. Graphics, price? Camera is poor, useless update software, constantly freezes, every action requires multiple inputs, slow.
A nice little phone – With its Android operating system this is one nice little phone. The touch screen is precise, accurate and responsive making interaction with the phone very comfortable. I bought this phone unlocked and have no problems using a variety of sims with it. The wireless and bluetooth electronics seem to be good and it works well with my home network and car hands free kit. I have done one operating system manual update and once you get through the weirdness of the LG updating software all went well.
Like all phone screens the screen on this phone is very hard to read in bright sunlight.
The buttons are firm and positive in their action which is a real plus.
I bought a nice little leather (e-bay) cover for the phone ($3.00) mainly because I had a problem with a previous, similar, phone where the keys in my pocket fractured the screen. For such a low additional cost you would expect to have one included in the purchase price.
One con for this phone is that even with the ringer turned flat out I still can't hear the darned thing ring. I have had to leave the vibrate mode permanently on so that I don't miss calls. The ring volume is much lower than other phones I have.
Battery consumption is of course dependent on the number of apps running but this phone seems to really eat power. There appears to be no hope of getting more than one days use per charge. Android O.S. Good resolution screen Extremely high battery consumption and has to be charged every day. Ringer is very low level

Owning this phone has been a frustrating experience. It freezes and stops working when i click on apps and then just forces close - so frustrating.... recently the sound just stopped working n then crashed completely. I now have to get a new phone - complete waste of money.
