LG Scarlet 42LG61YD

Terrible – Garbage. We had 3 replacement TV's (2 same model one a different LG) and all had same lip sync problems and the different model had sound cutting out problem. Domayne Kotara were difficult to deal with and kept trying to blame us / our reception / something... LG were no help - just kept saying it was up to Domayne. Got reception checked - fine. They then sent it to a repairer - sadly it wasn't an authorised repairer so LG said warranty voided. Finally got a plasma Panasonic which has been perfect and has good sound on its own. Will never buy another LG product or anything from Domayne. Product was not fit for purpose and no one was interested in helping. Slim, swivel stand and was LCD which we wanted for energy use. Everything else. Had a dreadful lip sync problem so by the end of a movie one voice was coming out of another actors mouth. Sound poor.

Good – After 3 months of owning this TV I can say I absolutely love it. The picture quality is superb on both HD and regular. Watching DVD's on a standard player is also very good. The only downside are the inbuilt speakers really need to be turned up to the max. But as most people do just get some external speakers and a sub and you'll be fine. I'd recommend buying this product. Excellent picture quality
