Big mistake – Went to Harvey Norman looking or a good quality bagless vacuum. I was talked into this one !! I have already had it repaired twice in just a little over a year and now something else is wrong with it ...I can't turn it off at the handle controls. Stay away from LG and don't listen to the people at Harvey Norman ...do your own research before you go shopping.

Worse vacuum cleaner I've ever had – Went to Harvey Norman to buy a Dyson and was talked into buying this instead, big mistake. This was suppose to be better then the top of the range Dyson with a price tag of the bottom range Dyson. I've always had Dyson so am so disappointed with this inferior copy. Pay the extra for the Dyson you won't be sorry. Very dirty machine, you need another vacuum to clean as all the [censored word removed] ends up where it's not suppose to. You have to continually wash the filter and it always turns itself off for every little problem then you have to completely dissemble the machine to find the cause.

Love it...its just too easy! – We went to Harvey Norman all set to buy a well known brand and the sales person convinced us to buy this one which was not only a little cheaper but also lighter in weight! I can't thank her enough!! Weight and Price...easy to use!
