Many dairy chocolate brands have moved their formuations to less dairy fat, less cacao & more vegetable oils. IMO Lindor no longer represents quality chocolate. And charge a premium price. Over time this approach will destroy the brand which once was a good chocolate. Show details

I used to think Lindt was the best chocolate, 20 years ago. I expected the Lindt balls to be the best ever too BUT I tried to eat one of them and I literally spat it out into a tissue. It was weird as it was more like wax. It didn't melt, it had no flavor, it was as if the wax was a barrier. I put the bag into the bin, as I dont eat palm oil. … Read more

Im sure they didnt use palm oil back in the day, when their chocolate was made with the finest ingredients. I will not buy Lindt ever again AND I tell my friends too because we, the consumer and more importantly, the planet shouldn't suffer the consequences of this commonly used cheap substitute, such as palm oil instead of the quality ingredients that Lindt was once known for! The packaging still looks classy though so that deserves a mention. Whitakers chocolate is now the best for me.

Looks like Lindor is in the business of selling empty cardboard boxes with a complimentary chocolate inside. This box was freshly opened. There's barely any chocolate inside. Complete rort.

Today I bought three bars of Lindt chocolate! It's not right that a €4.99 chocolate bar has shrunk from 80g to 50g! That's consumer deception!! I didn't notice the 50g until later, otherwise I wouldn't have bought it! This is the last time I'll ever buy Lindt products!! Show details

Wouldn't call it chocolate – Lindt tastes like sweet fat. Absolutely yuck. When we get it as a gift (would never buy) it gets eaten last. Only as a sugar first aid with a dreadful aftermath in my stomach.

Lindt Ball Bag! – Have to bag these balls! Ordered the Lindt Prestige Assortment box online, but as they were out of stock they substituted the Lindt balls. Yuck these are horrible, not one flavour is worth eating or putting on weight for. I tasted all the flavours and both the chocolate and the inside truffle are gross. Where as every chocolate in the prestige box… Read more

was worth eating. I don’t understand why the balls are popular . No one in our household could eat them. Five people thought they were yucky !!!

Absolutely dreadful – Ordered 2 x Lindor advent calendar online from England to be posted in Australia did not hear anything for five days ,so thought I’d email them to see when it’s being dispatched for them to tell me they are out of stock & issued a refund !! But in the email they said your 6 x bear advent calendar ! Which was totally not my order ! I then… Read more

went online to see if the advent calendar I had ordered was out of stock which it wasn’t . I emailed again to tell them you have the wrong order & I’d like them sent out to be told they are now out of stock !!! I was furious to say the least. As it’s the 3 rd December & I can’t get any advent calendar sent to them. My advice do not waste your time ordering from this company. Absolute shower of ….

Dont order online – VERy disapointing ! I ordered on the 7th Feb and hear nothing for a week. Then i message and 2 days later get a response saying sorry this is out of stock and will be another week. No doubt the chocolate is great but the service is a disgrace. Dont order online from them. Clearly they have no idea ! Show details

Rip off – Rip off for $4. Considering the Cadbury block is $2.75c on special & even better the Woolworths select chocolate block is a bargain for only $2.19. Show details

Lindt chocolate has changed – These once were my favourite chocolates - especially the "Lindor" balls. I bought some for Easter and was thoroughly disappointed. As a previous reviewer has already said, the Lindor chocolate balls are harder. And when the outer chocolate shell has melted away in the mouth, there's no longer that delightful little explosion of soft, inner… Read more

filling. I suspect that the proportion of sugar has been increased, and cocoa fat decreased - perhaps to make it a more stable product in warm weather. But whatever the reason, Lindor balls aren't the wonderful sensory experience they used to be, and Lindt in general is now just a very average chocolate.

Rubbish – The chocolate is extremely overpriced. They try to make themselves as a premium brand but the other thing that is premium is the price. Furthermore they run promotions to win woolworths gift cards and deny all valid claims. Cannot trust this company and will be boycotting their average chocolate going forward. Show details

Tasted better before – Ten years ago, Lindt Lindor Chocolate balls would melt nicely in my mouth, the outer chocolate would pop in my mouth with an explosion of yummy creamy soft centre, it was my favourite. But currently they don’t do the same, the chocolate is a lot firmer and the centre is firm too. They are still not too bad, hence me rating 3 stars, however the… Read more

older taste was perfect, 5 star. I’ve always kept them at room temperature, except in the summer would fridge them. I can notice the difference with my last few purchases, something in Lindor’s quality of chocolate has changed, bring back the older version!

Creamy and delicious – My favourite chocolate! It's hard on the outside buy creamy and delicate inside. I introduced this to my mother this month and she has fallen in love with it. It's great for parties or special dinners. Love it!

yum! – Each Lindt Lindor Milk bar is divided into square blocks so you can measure how many blocks you eat, and not get carried away! Its bright red packaging makes it hard to miss when you walk past the chocolate isle in the supermarket. Their chocolate is soft and extra creamy, melting in your mouth within seconds. Although its a delicious treat for… Read more

yourself, these bars also make great little gifts. You'll find their range almost anywhere that sells food- in supermarkets, service stations, Target, Kmart, Big W Inexpensive, delicious tasting, high quality chocolate, Unhealthy and addictive! Not as runny as I like their chocolate to be, nevertheless it still tastes great

Good – This chocolate would be in the mid range category. It could make a nice small gift for someone. I like how the chocolate is incredibly smooth. I love how its smooth and melts so easily in my mouth None at this stage. Lets hope they don't discontinue this great product.

Good – This is one of my favourite chocolate treats out there. You can buy it as a gift for someone, but I usually just by the block form and end up eating it myself gradually (although sometimes, not so gradually, so be careful!). One of the most delicious chocolate treats out there. If you haven't tried it, it is absolute must that you do so in the… Read more

future. It is easily the most tasty Lindt chocolate, and it is also the original one. Like all Lindt products, it's quite expensive. It is also loaded with sugar and has milk and barley contents, so it's not appropriate for those with milk or gluten allergies.

Excellent – Very very yummy. This chocolate calls out to you as soon as you walk past it on the shelf. It stands out above the rest. This is the most creamiest sweetest yummist chocolate I have ever eaten. I have to hide this in my house because it is one indulgence that I allow myself to have. Nobody else is allowed to have any. Not the healthist chocolate… Read more

Excellent – These are little squares of heaven! Based on the idea of the lindt ball, with harder chocolate on the outside and a burst of luscious ganache style filling, they are really decadent. This chocolate is very high quality, and has a distinctive flavour that I haven't found anywhere else. This is one of the best quality chocolates outside of… Read more

specialty stores in my opinion. Buying it in this format is cheaper than the traditional lindt balls, and this block size is good for those with self control to have a little each day! The packet could be bigger lol. it is pricey in comparison to other supermarket brands, but in my opinion it is worth the extra.

Good – Lindt's Lindor Milk chocolate is delicious, creamy chocolate and will taste familiar to anyone who has had Lindt's chocolate balls before. The chocolate is beautifully made with a soft, slightly crispy outside shell with a smooth, creamy filling inside. It comes beautifully packaged and the chocolate is in individual pieces instead of a block… Read more

which makes it easy to eat and share, although after tasting it, you probably would not want to share any. It is delicious, creamy and is some of the best chocolate you will find in a supermarket. Well worth a try. Beautiful, delicious creamy filling. Wonderful flavours. Nothing at all.
