I have enjoyed having Light and Easy as my Main Meal for the day. I would like to see a bit more Meals with Mashed Potato rather than so much Rice. Then again both are Healthy. So not a real issue. Show details ·  1

we live in a gated retirement community on the gold coast where access is not available for deliveries before 7am. Despite our impartation of this information to lit'n easy they still insist on delivering at 4am and leaving packs outside the gate… Read more

on the street where they can be stolen or heat damaged. Attitude of some staff has been rude and dismissive when we have tried to ask that the situation be remedied. Not to mention that this action likely infringes health and safety regulations for food deliveries. Many residents are physically not able to access packs in this way as some homes are a kilometer from the gate. not to mention that they are also not able to carry the large sometimes heavy packs. we are disappointed in that lite'n easy advertises so strongly that they cater for Home Care Package recipients. however it seems they take no measures to accommodate the special needs of this group.!

I would like to see more freedom of dinner choice for those people who are not on diets and prefer not to have their weekly meals in packs so that, e.g. to get one dinner you like, it is not necessary to order the full pack that it is in. Your website is really confusing to follow and guides people to packs rather than individual meals. I gave up trying to understand how to order on the website and now I ring up instead. All the people who take the orders are so polite, helpful and cheerful that it's worth ordering that way just to be spoken to so nicely.

The new katsu chicken is not as good as it was or the BBQ chicken with cheesey pasta bake . There's a lot less vegetables in the meals. When I want to order the special 2 week meals they aren't available and some items in the spring book aren't available yet. I feel that the food has gone backwards instead of new and improved. I'm a long term LnE customer. I can't really fault their food. I think it's good value for money, tastes great and helps me lose weight. I also love the convenience. My main problem (and it's a big one) is that their delivery system is awful. The delivery tracking notification they send is a constant moving target. Their delivery window (2-3… Read more

hours) is a constant moving target - it starts with a 2 hour slot, and moves to a later slot throughout the day. Half the time the delivery drivers do not turn on their trackers, so the "so-called" delivery window is displayed on a map with no evidence of the actual delivery driver. I guess if you live somewhere where the driver can actually just leave his delivery, that's all fine -- however, I live in an apartment, and if I'm not at home to buzz him into the building, the only place to leave it would be on the street. So it means that one day per week, I sit at home waiting all day until the delivery driver shows up -- which could be at any time. If you make a complaint to LnE, they simply tell you that "it's an all-day-delivery service" which negates the whole point of the delivery tracking notification as far as I'm concerned. I usually get sick of the whole thing a few times per year and then cancel my orders. If only they could fix this -- but they don't see it as a problem, so it will never change. Very, very poor customer service.

Love Lite n Easy, especially the smaller ones n the salads, they all taste so delicious, I get 2 meals out of the bigger ones, they are always so fresh n tasty, The driver who brings them is always so friendly too... Show details ·  1

This is a review of the new 2026 Spring breakfast menu. We used to have a choice of three menu items. Now it is only two or a protein shake as the third. H²O. When I saw the banner, I rang to clarify, if it was delivered as a sealed liquid, similar to a small "tetra" pack. The response was a nonchalant reply that it's packed on non-frozen side of the delivery box. I've had over 200 weekly deliveries.

The food is great but the delivery reliability and customer service are disgusting. I paid for a priority order and only a small part of a week meals was delivered. Customer service would not do anything about it for a week. It’s become a joke. I had no problem find Ng another provider that delivered next day. Show details

I only order dinners and in my opinion pass as just ok, nothing outstanding or nothing really poor. Some seem to be more watery than others and I do stick away from traditional meals like roasts and steaks. They are a convenience meal when it's been a long day and you want something quick. Show details
