I still buy lite n easy and it still gets the job done in terms of getting my weight under control which is fantastic. Not sure if its a budget thing but the list of yummy stuff has been narrowed.
While the food from Lite n Easy is generally good, their delivery service is appalling. Their so-called delivery “app” is misleading. It provides a window of to and from delivery times which keep changing. Then when you call they have the audacity to state that it’s an all day delivery service. regard for their customer. My father is elderly and depends on this service for his food for the week. I informed the lite and each via phone that I was going overseas and he would have no one to take him food. They seemed to have no care that not delivering the food would result in him being without food and the ability to survive.
We have been a customer for 7 months and I now strongly recommend that if you are considering this product for your elders, DO NOT! You will only be let down and harm will be caused to your family member who depends on it.
As you can see by the photo attached I have had an order in for the last two weeks and they have not delivered it, the order 8/07 they did not even have to courtesy to reply to my email in a timely measure to allow me to sort out an alternative arrangement for my father. They seem to be playing a game and the game is with my father’s health and well being.

Great Food – I have been getting Liteneasy now for approximately 9 weeks and absolutely love it. I have disabilities as in standing too long and issues with my left arm/wrist, so cooking always took a toll on me. Now I don’t have to worry and the quality and quantity is excellent. I can pick and chose what I what and Liteneasy has made my life so much more easier, and as a bonus I have lost nearly one dress size. Best choice I ever made.
Hi, l'm surprised that Spinach & Ricotta Tortelloni has corn in it & the quantity of corn, l feel makes it too sweet & not authentic to what it should be. It dominates the meal & should be removed. Overall, l rate L & E 3 stars. Delivery needs to be improved & PLEASE less plastic. I feel profit margin would enable this Company, in 2026, to source biodegradable materials. Thanks

I am disappointed - to not even be able to order multiple of the same lunch even if the imagination has run out, is ridiculous. Do better lite n easy.

three to two meals per day. I am a disability pensioner who is not eligible for any government subsidies and, up until these changes, was 'just' managing to cover the costs. Along with the price increase, I have noticed that the food choices are more limited.
I guess L&E will always appeal to someone, but for people like me, it's becoming far less so.

special and should not be difficult to offer, especially since they also increased their prices and meat-free options are generally cheaper. They responded under a google review that they "follow what is popular with customers", this just shows they don't actually care to bring healthy meals to everybody. They put on the menu what brings in most money, discarding people who were on a journey, making progress, like myself- a single mum of 3, who started to feel better about herself. Real shame.

Had a message to say my credit card didn't go through. I contacted them immediately, 3 days before due delivery. No response. I contacted them again this time by phone. Turns out they had used some random credit card and not the one I supplied. When I tried to give them my correct card details their system couldn't cope. But they didn't want my card details anyway because they had already cancelled my order. This is the second time I've had poor service from them. The Dinner Ladies I use when in Victoria are so far superior to L&E, both in terms of customer service and quality of food. Sadly they don't deliver to FNQ. Shame on you L&E.
Follow-up · Nothing was resolved. Lite and Easy have behaved appallingly. But all good. As a Vegetarian L&E options are bland and unchanging. The Dinner Ladies are 300% better than them. And The Dinner Ladies customer support is great.

Poor Customer Service, waiting for a reply to an email for a messed up delivery. Becareful ordering because you don't always get what you order .Could be quite dangerous for those with allergies. Need to amit when at fault and own it . Do not order from lite n easy, there are plenty of other options out there and companies that take better care of loyal customers , and also serve better food and cheaper.
