Lite n' Easy

Lite n Easy send you this fancy brochure about what you are going to eat in the week across weeks a, b, & c, however when it arrived it just had the sandwich options taken from across the different menus for weeks a, b & c (I took a pic and sent to them - but no reply). Don't know why they bother having a feedback function. I could have just bought a loaf of bread. Won't be using this service again,

three to two meals per day. I am a disability pensioner who is not eligible for any government subsidies and, up until these changes, was 'just' managing to cover the costs. Along with the price increase, I have noticed that the food choices are more limited.

I guess L&E will always appeal to someone, but for people like me, it's becoming far less so.

special and should not be difficult to offer, especially since they also increased their prices and meat-free options are generally cheaper. They responded under a google review that they "follow what is popular with customers", this just shows they don't actually care to bring healthy meals to everybody. They put on the menu what brings in most money, discarding people who were on a journey, making progress, like myself- a single mum of 3, who started to feel better about herself. Real shame.

decent piece of fruit or just suck it up and have the apple no compromise very rude customer service. My mum has had to cancel as the last couple of orders she received off moldy fruit We had to practically hand the delivery driver the box from the week before or it would be left. The cards with the order was not in the box and the food left a lot to be desired. Will not be going back not worth the money they charge

I started lite and easy last week. After eating 4 meals I ordered another 2 weeks worth. I’m trying to lose weight and walk everyday. I also enjoy cooking my own meals. But, I’m finding these meals very good and I’m eating a different meal every night and I’m loving it. My weight is also dropping. I’m staying with them. Show details

In recent times I have had a few problems . Cracked eggs , leaking containers and the always tasteless tomatoes . I still think that Lite n' Easy is a healthy convenient way to satisfy ones needs when they are senior in age and able to follow the Lite n' Easy food selections and the meal preparation task . Show details

I cannot fault the lite n easy meals they are top of the range. Beautiful flavours easy going and the company are so helpful and kind to talk to. I highly recommend lite n easy to everyone.

Update. My bank confirmed there are no blocks on any of my credit cards. Land E just couldn't be bothered delivering to FNQ on this occasion. I have guests coming and as I am not able to cook meals. due delivery. No response. I contacted them again this time by phone. Turns out they had used some random credit card and not the one I supplied. When I tried to give them my correct card details their system couldn't cope. But they didn't want my card details anyway because they had already cancelled my order. This is the second time I've had poor service from them. The Dinner Ladies I use when in Victoria are so far superior to L&E, both in terms of customer service and quality of food. Sadly they don't deliver to FNQ. Shame on you L&E.

Poor Customer Service, waiting for a reply to an email for a messed up delivery. Becareful ordering because you don't always get what you order .Could be quite dangerous for those with allergies. Need to amit when at fault and own it . Do not order from lite n easy, there are plenty of other options out there and companies that take better care of loyal customers , and also serve better food and cheaper.

that they no longer offer vegetarian options. I find it perplexing that this company would dispatch meals that are in direct conflict with a customer's dietary values. The dismissive manner in which this issue was handled is, frankly, an insult. Regrettably, Lite n' Easy, you have failed to adequately support your customers.

Their delivery service is disgusting. I paid extra to have my delivery early, the delivery time changed 3 times then never arrived, I didn’t get a phone call just a txt message saying failed delivery which is a lie because I was home all day waiting for the delivery. to wait another 5 days, nah! Stuff you lite and easy, I would have been committed for at least 6 months as I have 20 kg to lose but I will be finding a more reliable company to deliver my food, there r so many out there now.

Lite, sure, easy, not so much. Very clunky website and app, difficult to find account settings and there isn’t much you can edit. Payments are all over the place, I had enough money to pay sitting in my out account, something small comes out so I send more over, by morning the payment still hasn’t left the bank. they try three times before cancelling an order, they also say they let you know if it doesn’t come out so you can attend to it. I say, it was once briefly the full amount wasn’t there, and I received no text to say it wasn’t. She tells me that in this instance correct, there was one attempt and no sms sent because it’s a delivery in two days time. But still cancelled the order. I ask if she can just process it now. No, too hard. The Wednesday delivery is cancelled and I have to order Friday, but they’ll take the money any time at all between now and Wednesday night. No she can’t process that payment either, just watch your account like a hawk and hope for 24hrs. Seems like a very outdated way to process payments, and the most difficult stressful payment process I have to date. Don’t you think it’s time to update things a little?

the stack would work and be tasty. A frozen and reheated flour tortilla tastes like soggy glue and spoils the excellent filling recipe.

Located in Perth and have been using Lite N Easy for about 3 years. There are two major problems with Lite N Easy. The first is with substitution. Approx 5-10% of your order will usually be substituted. I have had up to 40% of our orders substituted. The problem is that Lite N easy will select the substituted items at random. prioritise selection based on order history and there is no section in your account to flag your account that you have an food allergies or Vegan to instruct Lite N easy to never send you certain items when substituting. So sooner or later, you will receive an substitute item that you do not want, you've never ordered before, or ordered years ago and never again.

The second major problem with Lite N easy is delivery. Delivery can be anywhere between 7.00am and 7.00pm. Lite N easy use a tracking app called "Route 4 Me" which is useless. You will receive an SMS the day before stating your delivery is scheduled for 6.59 - 8.59am. This will either update to 7.59 to 9.59, then 8.59 to 10.59 and so on until you actually get your delivery. Or, the app will never update and show delivery between 6.59 - 8.59am all day, until it gets delivered, which could actually be within 6.59-8.59am or, late in the afternoon. You can enter delivery notes in your account, but Lite N easy do not read them. For example, if I try to get delivery to my work address and put a note in saying it's a business, please deliver during opening hours 8.00am - 5.00pm, Lite N easy will deliver at 6.30pm.

It's not all bad though. Calling Lite N easy is very easy and their staff are pleasant to speak to for when you need to reschedule a delivery that didn't get delivered or lost because the delivery driver left your order next to the sidewalk outside your property and somebody else got Lite N easy instead of you.
