Good – Overall a great slimline keyboard, Bluetooth functionality is very reliable. Slimline keyboard makes for quiet typing and has a “laptop” keyboard feel. A very comfortable keyboard for long periods of use. Back lighting would be a nice improvement for this keyboard but would drain the battery life of the product. The model that I have comes with a “Media Pad” which is capable of extra functions including a standalone calculator. A low battery indicator on the keyboard would also be a valuable addition to the product. Overall very satisfied. Battery life, Slimline, Bluetooth, Durable, Sleek, Stylish No battery indicator, Not backlit, price

Good – Being this keyboard was for use with my HTPC, I needed something stylish and wireless. The Logitech DiNovo combo suited the task perfectly with it's good looks and bluetooth connectivity (no line-of-sight required - 10m operation). I had no problems installing the hardware or software for this combo and it has worked ceaselessly ever since. The separate keypad is the biggest negative of this product. You could use it as a very basic remote control for your PC or as a calculator, but if you do typing where you use a keypad regularly, this is not the product for you.

Overall, the Logitech DiNovo Media Desktop is a good product...but only in the right situation and only if you prepared to pay for a mostly superfluous keypad. A very good looking keyboard with bluetooth connectivity means a great unit for use with a home theatre PC (HTPC). Keys are quite soft and tactile but with less travel than your run-of-the-mill keyboard (like a laptop). Separate keypad is not as useful as one might think, unless used as a rudimentary remote control for a HTPC or a calculator.

Terrible – Keys are very firm to the point of missing characters at times...very anoying, its ok if you are a 2 finger jabbing typist but a disaster if you are touch type trained. In addition to this the contacts in the mouse charging cradle do not work first time - you have to fiddle with the mouse endlessly to get it to start charging - very frustrating when the red "charge me" LED is winking plaintifly at you

And another thing.... the bluetooth connectivity with my mobile phoe does not work - although I'll stop at blaming the keyboard as it may be the bundled software or the phone that may be at fault!

It is a shame that such a good package does not work in practice so well

Overall....Pick something else that works. Low profile looks Does not work well as a bundle - and for this price you expect perfection!
