Great - Just what was needed – Had a STB without a remote and found this remote at Aldi for $15.00. It took only minutes to set it up and it is now being used not only for the STB but also for the TV. Very easy to set up, just connect it to the computer using the supplied USB cable, enter the make and model number of the device it is to be used with and bingo it loads all the functions required for that device into the remote. I think it can be used to control 3 devices at the one time and being Logitech it's a good product. Operates on a couple of AA batteries. Price, ease of use. Nothing so far

Easy and simple to use – This was the first time I'd purchased a remote to replace the myriad of other remotes we were constantly confusing, misplacing or breaking. The remotes that arrive with new equiptment now are often so poorly made they stop working within weeks. I was seeking a durable easy to use remote to replace them. I was extremely impressed with set-up. I logged on found all my devices and synchronised. Worked like a dream. Just recently I puchased a second one (it was difficult to find) to replace thier 600 model, which I hate.

I have a few minor niggles. I have been unable to "teach" it to backspace during renaming files on the PVR because the original remote is dead. Also, I've owned the first remote for about 18 months now and it is starting to have some intermittent problems with responding. Easy to use and set up Starting to have intermittent episodes of not working, won"t learn backspace for PVR.

it works okay ...only for major brands – I was trying to use this to replace 3 remotes, samsung TV, Hyundai dvd and noontec media player. It found all 3 models and sync well...but it doesn't work with the Hyundai dvd player. I later investigated it and found there were no button functions assigned to the DVD although it says it is compatible with that player. very disappointed because that DVD was the main reason for me to get the remote All (if it works) in one control Doesn't work even it says it is compatible ...
