Pros: Fabric, weight
Cons: weak domes make it unusable.
Overall: I liked the idea of being able to have the different liner weights but my daughter always gets her legs down between the two layers. I thought at first this was because she was too small for the bag but have tried again months later and it still happens. The domes are not strong enough to hold the layers together, popping apart very easily and making room for little legs to get into a tangle. During the night, when she wakes I'm always wondering if it's her legs stuck, or cold feet. Disappointing in a product that otherwise seems really good.

Pros: Easy to use, washes and dries well, can use for 2yrs
Cons: Bottom of zip a bit fiddly
Overall: Previously I was using another leading brand of sleeping bag but was annoyed that I had buy different sizes and TOG ratings. I love that the Lola and Ben sleeping bag is all in one! Love it so much we are now purchasing our second one!!

Pros: Warm, reliable, organic, merino
Cons: Zipper! Cannot do up in dull lighting!
Overall: Very snug sleeping bag. I am using the thicker liner for my little one in winter in Perth. I also layer her up in sleepsuits for bed so not sure how things would go temperature wise in NZ. Reliable service, excellent turnaround time for purchasing online in Aus. Love the organic material, merino and cute design. Costly but worth it. Zipper needs improvement though, comes right undone at the bottom, unlike grobags which are always joined.

Pros: Looks good, made well, arm holes button up to small or can be made large, great tough zipper, organic cotton sleeping bag, not bulky, great company customer service
Cons: It is costly but lasts for two years, so comapred to other organic sleeping bags that you have to buy a new one every three months it it cheap. The 300gm interchangeable liner is for temperatures below 18 degrees but I am not sure how much below 18 degrees it caters to. Should I be wrapping baby in an extra blanket when it drops to 14 degrees or less? The shoulder piece that goes over my baby's shoulder is a little to short and sits right near her chin so every time she looks to the side it gets in her way. I would like to see that piece that fastens down a little longer.
Overall: I am in Australia and found ordering the sleeping bag easy. I received an email shortly after my purchase stating that it had been taken to the post office and would be sent to me after the Easter break. I then did not receive my sleeping bag and so wrote off to the company who responded straight away stating that if it had not arrived by next business day to contact them again. I did this when it still had not arrived and the company got back to me straight away again stating that they would organise to send me out another one ASAP. So I thought I would just check that it had not been taken to the local post office and guess what it was at the local post office and had been for 8 days, they had just forgotten to tell me. I wrote back to the company thanking them for all their help and they wrote back saying no problem. So I have to say I was extremely impressed by the company's customer service. It was flawless.

Pros: One bag for all the seasons. It is very easy to interchange the lining or use no lining at all. Some days (especially leading into Autumn when the weather changes alot) I will have the lighter lining in the morning, no lining at all in the afternoon, then the thickest lining for the night.
Cons: Nothing...love it!
Overall: I wanted to have one sleeping bag that does all the seasons. It is expensive initially but now I only have to have one bag so it is cheaper than buying 3 different weight ones.
The quality is excellent and Lola and Ben are very helpful, so I'm sure the customer service if anything went wrong would be great.
My son loves his sleeping bag and sleeps really well in it. He kicks the covers off but in the sleeping bag I know he will stay warm.
It is also really easy to wash and the liner drys fairly quickly.

Pros: I was really looking for a sleeping bag with natural fabrics and I'm so glad I chose this bag! Quality of the fabrics is wonderful. The colour choices are great too - I bought the natural (with sheep) with blush insert for my little girl and it's a lovely feminine colour without being too "pink"!
Cons: At first I thought they were a little expensive and it did make me hesitate on the purchase; however given there's 3 bags in 1 and so far, I've used mine with all 3 options - it's money very well spent and I wish I had bought it earlier.
Overall: I love how easy it is to go from a light hot summer night bag to something warmer if the weather gets a bit cold without the baby having to get used to a different bag look & feel. My daughter is beautifully snug in her bag on a cool night whilst wearing only a long coverall while other mums I know are really concerned that their babies are too cold in other known brand bags and they just can't seem to get the clothing / bag combination right. I feel very confident that the wool inner is doing a wonderful job in working with baby's body temp.

I honestly wasn't expecting it to be as so well made as it is! (yes, even for the price I was skeptical!) The quality of the fabrics is great - lovely & soft - and both the cotton bag and wool inserts wash beautifully time & time again (and dry really quickly too which is a bonus when you're only using the one bag). The zips work well - no problems there and all the press studs to put the inner liners in match perfectly, no ill-fitting bag issues at all.

I wish I had done my research into baby sleeping bags before buying a couple of other options. Whilst I have them in the cupboard - I never use them now. If my Lola & Ben needs a wash, it's washed, dried and put back in the cot before the next sleep.
