Haven't useed it yet do you take the blue plastic off the cup warmer plate before using – I haven't used it yet because nowhere does it say to take the blue plastic off the cup warmer plate. Have not used it yet need instruction
I had this product for 3 months when it started giving problems. It was a great machine while it worked. Just a pity it wasnt made to last
Had ours for a couple of years without any hitch. It's ok as a machine and does the job. Want to contact manufacturer regarding an issue.
had mine about 6 mnths now I do not get any steam
had our for 6 months but no no steam so cannot froth
after 6 months my machine does not froth any more

Made only about 20 cups of coffee and now the pump leaks badly. Its plastic and may not be very robust. Have gone back to my faithful percolator of 10 years after less than 1 week with the Maxcon.
