Micro Monster Bullet

Great but some mixed feelings – It sure feels like a monster! Sturdy & sexy! A bunch of teenagers even called out as I passed, "Cool scooter mate!" The ride is very smooth and the carving wheel at the back is trippy at times when the back seems to move on its own. My concerns are in the Cons section below. A few things I'd like improved: (1) my front wheel has a big split… Read more
in the side which was incurred when I crossed over at an angle between some paving and the slightly raised edge of the pavement. This was on my first run and was very disappointing for me. Maybe the inside of the wheel needs more support so it's not so exposed to injury, like this; (2) the rear wheel is slow in turning (like there's too much friction) which makes you work harder to get up and rolling and when I'm free gliding I come to a faster stop than my kids smaller scooters (who always pass me); (3) I'd love it to be a bit lighter so carrying it on public transport is just a bit easier.
Way Cool! – I got my Monster Bullet from my 3 kids (4/7/8 years) for Christmas so I could 'keep up' with them at the park! A couple of weeks ago a kid at the park mentioned to me that my Micro was 'Way Cool!" I feel like a big kid and It's pretty funny being a Scooter Mum! Loving it!
Not as good as the rocket – I have this scooter and the rocket. I find that this is much harder to push and it doesn't roll anywhere near as well as the rocket. This is due to the smaller diameter rear wheel. It is incredibly fun if you go to the top of a hill and roll down but if you are cruising along the flats it is hard work. The pivoting rear wheel is so unique and is very cool but it is also its achilles heel. unique ride doesn't roll well
Tough ride – I have had the monster now for a eighteen months or so. It's awesome. I ride it with my young kids to school everyday and get comments on the scooter all the time. No-one has seen anything like it. It is so strong that I can double my 4 year old on it and me no problems. Very strong, fast and looks cool The back wheel scrubs of speed as it hits the frame when leaning into corners
The Monster Lives – Monster Bullet is exactly what this scooter is. Its straight line speed is awesome, although the smaller fat wheel at the back does slow it down a bit. However, all is forgiven when you start rolling down any slope and the carving mechanism kicks in. You can drift it going straight or really lean in to carve up those tight corners. You can really… Read more
push those fat wheels hard as they roll over a lot of bumps most other scooters would send you flying. The scooters design is unlike most scooters you see and well worth the higher price, and I have to mention the scooter stand, its small but so great not to have to lean it on something or lie it on the ground. The design, the super strong frame, the fat wheels, the carving mechanism, the stand.
Put fun in your daily commute! – I have been using this scooter for over 2 months now. It is really eye catching and very fun to manoeuvre. The carving wheel gives you that "drifting feel" while doing turns. I love the way it folds because the handles also stows away if you need to keep it in a tight spot. This scooter is easy to maintain as all the parts are accessible for damp… Read more
dusting and wiping and occasional oiling. At 4.2 kilos, it can be a bit of a burden when it suddenly rains. Bumps can be easily felt on uneven sidewalks but who cares! This is a fast scooter and easily fits in my locker (10x30 inches). I recommend this scooter for those commuters who want to mix fun and excitement while travelling. Getting noticed by people because of its slick design and "serious" look is just a bonus. Takes up small space when stowed, exceptional handling, eye-catching design, fast, easy to get used to the carving wheel, sturdy solid feel, comfortable handle, easy maintenance Expensive, heavy when carried for more than 10 minutes, bumps can be easily felt
