Mistral MDW12E / MDW12E/SS

We have had our mistral unit for 5 years and it hasnt missed a beat and for the price does a great j – We have had no problems with our mistral unit .we use it 3 times a week and it gets filled to capacity ,it is reasonably quite and cleans dishes really well .not great on very dirty pots but i do t think many dishwashers are .i would not hesitate to buy another but i believe they have stopped making them .

Terrible – I tried to ring the company to find out about this problem but alas no response from the Mistral themselves. I actually didn't purcahse this dishwasher myself and had I had the opportunity I wouldn't have My dishwasher caught fire today and luckily I was only outside in the yard when I smelt smoke

Bad – I guess for the price it is not to bad. Service is some thing they know nothing about. It works fine I guess After sales service,the service agent is unable to get parts to do the service work. I have put in a complaint but still have not had a reply from them

Terrible – Once mine is repaired Im sure it will be o.k The price after only 3 days of use mine stopped. It has taken another 3 days to get hold of somebody at Mistral. I am still waiting for it to be repaired.
